If we’re talking about the best UK dance festivals in 2026, it only makes sense to kick off with the biggest, baddest fest of all!
Everyone and their granny has heard about Creamfields, and for good reason. This truly massive celebration of every groove-worthy electronic genre goes down each year, attracting thousands and thousands of party animals to its home in Cheshire.
This year's edition promises to be extra special, as Creamfields is celebrating 20 years at its site in Daresbury. Trance legend, Tiesto, is set to headline the Steel Yard on Sunday, and he'll be joined by Faithless, Morgan Seatree, Gaskin and more names to ensure your last night at the festival is an unforgettable one. If that wasn't enough, Calvin Harris will headline the Arc on Saturday, while Carl Cox will surely blow the roof off the Halo stage on Friday.

When it comes to festival season, Parklife isn't one to be messed with. Featuring several stages, numerous non-music attractions, and one of the best locations to let loose for two days, it's grown into something spectacular.
As usual, Parklife have once again outdone itself for 2026. This year, the festival introduces PANORAMA, an all-new stage with a massive LED screen and multi-tiered dance platforms. East End Dubs, Rossi., ALISHA, Chris Stussy, Ewan McVicar and KETTAMA are just a selection of the names that will grace the decks at PANORAMA, and we can imagine that the immersion factor will be sky high here across the two days.

If you’re in Belfast (or fancy a visit) and love a good dance, you’d be daft not to consider Emerge. Taking place over the August Bank Holiday Weekend, both days look absolutley stacked. On Saturday, Hannah Laing will bring her acclaimed DOOF event to Northern Ireland, with Charlie Sparks, Funk Tribu, VTSS and more set to join her. Saturday sees hard techno superstar blk. take to the stage alongside Vieze Asbak, Restricted and more.
Only a 12-minute drive from Belfast City Centre and roughly a half hour from the airport, Emerge is easy to get to, has a smashing lineup, and will no doubt be the city’s biggest party this year. Get yourself over there!

Terminal V is back this year and ready to provide another techno haven for fans of darker, faster, heavier tunes.
The festival brings the best of the genre, along with some house for good measure, to around 20,000 people across two days, who travel from all over to Edinburgh to hear their favourite DJs. And as for the lineups? Well, they're always incredible, and once again, they've provided the goods for 2026. Patrick Topping, BIIANCO, 999999999 and Robert Hood are just a few of the names gracing the Terminal V lineup this year, but there are a whole host of DJs to feast your ears upon across 6 stages.
This edition marks Terminal V's final year in Edinburgh and the Royal Highland Centre, with the festival planning to expand further in the years to come. Plus, if you don't like rain and cold, it's perfect, as Terminal V is an indoor, no-camping event. We'll see you there! (As always!)

If all these festivals so far sound a bit soft, Lost Minds is here to offer you an intense day of hardcore, hardstyle, trance, and EDM tunes in the heart of Newcastle. Lost Minds brings the most hyped-up dance music with huge headliners and SFX across multiple stages.
Outside of the banging tunes, you can have a go on the rides, visit the zen tent, explore the secret garden, and admire the art installations. Certain to sell out again this year, if you fancy hitting one of the best EDM festivals in the north, don’t hang about!

MiNT Festival is returning to Newsam Green Farm in Leeds for yet another Bank holiday weekend. Apt for its name, this year’s fest is jampacked with a tasty lineup that includes some heavyweight B2B sets from Max Dean and Luke Dean, Shanti Celeste and Sally C, Silva Bumpa and Soul Mass Transit System, to name a few. That's without mentioning sets from Ewan McVicar, Luuk Van Dijk and Bullet Tooth, as well as the many other DJs appearing across the weekend.

The brainchild of Scotland’s laureate DJ Ewan McVicar, Pavilion returns to his hometown of Ayr after another unforgettable show in 2024. Pavilion’s fourth edition will run across two days, treating ravers to sets by some of the best in the game.
Across its two days (including the incredible STREETrave), Pavilion puts on quality names while paying homage to Scotland’s rich rave history. When it comes to UK dance and EDM festivals, you’ll struggle to better this one.

Forbidden Forest celebrates their 10th anniversary in 2026, and they’re pulling out all the stops.

For one year only, the Arcadia Spider, an enormous and immersive 360-degree stage built from 95% recycled materials, will make an appearance at Forbidden Forest.
