Review of Santa\'s Grotto
Loved it! Very festive feel, good value for money and very friendly staff. Love that the elf asked for name, age and what my daughter wanted for Christmas....she was amazed that Father Christmas knew her name and what she wanted for Christmas! She said it must have been the real Santa ;) will definitely book for next year

Review of Santa\'s Grotto
The staff at the entrance (the 2 lads) were great but I have to say, the Santa was a little u underwhelming to say the least. Paid for 3 children and we were in and out within 4 minutes and he spoke so quietly they couldn’t hear him! Gifts weren’t great either. Even chocs would have been better.

Review of Brunch with Santa
Little organisation, one child didn’t even get any food. The brunch wasn’t great.. it was lacking. No drink given. And santas costume was lacking and the man playing him was shaking and talking very quietly. Also he payed all his attention to our 7year old who we are not sure even believes completely anymore and didn’t really speak to our almost 3 year old who completely believes and felt a little ignored. Also the toys were definitely lacking considering the price tag.

Review of Santa\'s Grotto
5 stars for me! We took our 7 month old more for our memory rather than hers and the experience was so lovely, the elves were extremely funny, very quick with their humour I think they were definitely made for the job. Santa was also lovely, sounded just like what you’d imagine Santa to sound like and he was so good with my daughter even though she cried, he allowed her to calm down on my knee first and then gave her the gift, she eventually warmed to him. It was actually quite magical for me, lots of nostalgia. Thank you to the elves and Santa, a beautiful memory of her first Christmas!

Review of Santa\'s Grotto
Our children have birthdays at the start of the year so we always put their next age on the booking. This year we did and was given their current age (we find that 3-5 is a big age gap and toys are usually unsuitable for the 5yr olds. Having visited the grotto for 7yrs (excluding covid). The young lady supporting did kindly swap it for us and did her health and safety of it may state an age above his age on the toy.
Grotto - we were sceptical being in coach house and not the hall itself but it was done very well, was a bit loud talking to santa with just a curtain divider but the over all experience was lovely! Much better having a craft in the waiting area and spaced out visits. Shame the train wasn’t included this year. The boys would have loved that as they have previously but wasn’t paying extra.

Review of Brunch with Santa
I have to say we were a bit disappointed. The staff running it were friendly but it felt stressed and disorganised.
We weren’t given a meal, which was included in the price as they’d run out and it was assumed the were a part of another family’s ticket.. no one checked and it meant that we didn’t get the experience we were hoping for as we were squished into sharing a table.
I was told someone would contact me with a solution to the meal and something would be sorted out.. but it wasn’t, instead they tried to give my child a special dietary box that was spare for another child.
It was an expensive ticket for such a rushed and stressful environment. I wouldn’t go again. I’m disappointed with what we received.
