All disabled customers are welcome at Reminisce. As the event is held on a greenfield site there will be areas of the event that may have hilly sections and uneven ground, meaning that access around that site could be difficult, especially in bad weather conditions. Please bare this in mind when booking for the event.
Reminisce provide a number of facilities around the site to accommodate disabled customer’s needs. Not all disabled customers need use of these facilities, but we will provide access to whatever is needed and/or a free PA/companion ticket where required to ensure your day is comfortable and most of all enjoyable.
Disabled customers should buy a standard festival ticket. There is no specific ticket for disabled customers.
Please buy your festival ticket first. You will then need to contact us to apply for a free PA ticket, if required.
Please Note: Only buy your ticket, do not buy a ticket for your PA as this will NOT be refunded if you are approved a PA ticket through the application. If you are not offered a free ticket for a PA but you still wish to bring someone, and the event has sold out by the time we inform you, we can make one ticket available to buy.
