Review of Sleeping Beauty
A very good performance. The cast were amazing and even had me fooled. I couldnt tell when they changed characters that they were the same cast members. It was my son who realised. We have watched all the pantomines at the town hall over the years and each and every one was funny, audience catching and enjoyable.
Well done for another amazing pantomine

Review of Sleeping Beauty
Quite disappointing really. The cast really did try hard to engage with the audience but the sound quality was very poor so we could not follow the story line. The children enjoyed the atmosphere at first but soon got bored. It was shorter than expected which was a bonus. Sorry for the negative review.

Review of Santa\'s Grotto
Very good value. The Santa room was decorated really nicely, venue not at all crowded, fully socially distanced. Staff were lovely.
If you're wanting a full- on expensive winter wonderland, this is not for you but for £5 visit to father Christmas, little present, no queues, nice atmosphere and an overall hassle- free and pleasant experience I would highly recommend.
We'll be back next year if you do this again!
Thank you.

Review of Santa\'s Grotto
I don’t feel this experience was worth it. We arrived 5 minutes before our time slot and were left waiting for 40 minutes in a council board room. They were running behind apparently. Colouring was provided for the children but there was no festive atmosphere or decorations, - the Christmas CD they were playing had even run out as we had waited there so long. I saw lots of fed up children and parents!

Review of Santa\'s Grotto
The place was nice warm and cosy for kids in the bad weather also the staff and santa where very friendly with picture to colour in on our wait.
I would go again if it was on 1st year I've been.

Review of Santa\'s Grotto
Absolutely brilliant!! Very personalised. Father Christmas acknowledged that my littlen has given him his dummy to give to the boys and girls who don't have one making him not having his dummy anymore so much easier on the adults!! Lovely present and the room was so Christmasy

Review of Santa\'s Grotto
My grandchildren loved this event, the elves were very welcoming, we have seen this Santa ? at Astley Hall previously, he is absolutely lovely & brilliant with the excited children, my only negative was we weren’t able to have our photos taken as a whole family, but I do understand why with this Covid virus about . . Thank you to everyone . . ?????????
