The organisers did a great job and Santa was friendly and interacted with the children well. The grotto was well decorated and the whole experience ran smoothly.

Was lovely. A little Christmas music would of been nice.
An it was over in a couple of mins. But my son enjoyed meeting Santa.

The event was fit for purpose, however the magical element from a childâ??s point of view wasnâ??t there compared to previous years in a different location.

My little boy had the most lovely time what a beautiful decorated grotto a Santa that listened so intensively and had a good chat with my son staff where so friendly and the elf display was brilliant we will be going again

Wouldn't recommend, seating wasn't the best, staff were quite rude, couldn't hardly hear anything
