Manchester's momentous season of raves, The Warehouse Project, is back in 2023, and have just announced four absolutely wicked shows which will be the backbone of this year's opening sequence of events.

The shows announced include the return of the multi-genre, fan favourite, Repercussion; The return of Worried About Henry and Metropolis, with both ready to collab and bring you bass-fuelled hedonism of the best kind; The annual Kaluki birthday party to celebrate the long-time Mancunian groove-setters with a boogie and some bevs; as well the enviously stacked lineup for the huge Welcome to Warehouse event that marks the end of the opening parties.

Each show channels the eclectic booking policy that has made The Warehouse project the name that it is today and will provide the crowds of Mayfield (Depot) with some of the very best acts from each corner of the multi-faceted genre we call Dance Music; all of which with tickets going on sale tomorrow at 10 am.

Check out more information on each WHP23 opening sequence event, including who's playing, below!

The first of the events will be the coveted Repercussion event, on Saturday the 16th of September. This year's edition of the annual WHP night features an absolutely stacked lineup, including the like of Bicep heading up proceedings, Moderat, Jon Hopkins, Kerri Chandler, TSHA, Joy Orbison, Biig Piig, Eliza Rose and so much more. The Repercussion night is always a fan favourite, with a tantalising mixture of electronic live acts and DJs, coming together to provide a multi-room electronic extravaganza that simply cannot be missed.

Next up is The Warehouse Projects long-time collaborators and masters of bassy chaos, Worried About Henry x Metropolis day and night party, happening on the 23rd of September. Drum and Bass's royalty run all the way through the bill, with the likes of Hybrid Minds, Hedex, Wilkinson, Bou, King of the Rollers, SASASAS, David Rodigan, and so much more. This lineup is sure to test the structural integrity of Mayfield (Depot), due to the fact that the bass will be making the whole place rumble ceremoniously to the beat. The main event for all you skankers, and one that always sells out fast.

On the night of the 29th of September, Kaluki bring Jamie Jones, Joeseph Capriati, Hot Since 82, Solardo, Richy Ahmed, Mason Collective, and so much more to the three rooms of Mayfield (Depot), and with a lineup like that, you better make sure your dancing shoes are in good working order, as they will be tested to the limit here.
