It’s overflowing with festivals with unreal lineups, cracking pyro, and that immaculate, carefree vibe that can only be achieved by a group of people who don’t have a care in the world, basking beneath the sun as their favourite tunes flood the air. That's what memories that last a lifetime are made of.

Malta Weekender

Where: Bora Bora Ibiza Resort, Malta

Lineup: Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, Beartooth, PVRIS, Motionless In White, Spiritbox, Nova Twins, Wargasm

One of the UK’s biggest rock bands, Bring Me The Horizon, have created Malta Weekender promising “as much madness as you’d expect from a fully metal, rock festival.” The band promised to play heavier songs they “haven’t played in years” alongside Bullet For My Valentine, Beartooth, PVRIS, Wargasm and more. The lucky crowd of just 4,500 can also look forward to pool parties, boat parties and plenty of club nights. 

  


 

Annie Mac Presents: Lost & Found

Lineup: CamelPhat, The Blessed Madonna, Mella Dee, Mike Skinner, Katy B, Shygirl, Helena Hauff

Ex-Radio One DJ Annie Mac brings her colossal party, Lost and Found to Malta each year for a weekend of hedonism, tunes, and sun. Ticketholders can expect to dance to some of the biggest names on the electronic music scene, indulge in the wildest parties all through the night and well into the AM, and basically have the time of their lives. And how could you pass up the opportunity to rave in a Maltese castle? That'll be something to remember.

Glitch Festival

When: Saturday 13th - Tuesday 16th of August 

Where: Zebbug, Malta

Lineup: Amelie Lens, Ben Klock, Nina Kraviz, Honey Dijon

Glitch Festival brings the tastiest house and techno to Malta for three days of pure ecstasy. With loads going down, it's impossible to be bored. Check out secret cave raves, crazy boat parties, rooftop pool parties, and, of course, unmissable artists such as Amelie Lens and Honey Dijon. As the festival takes place in glorious Malta, it encourages festivalgoers to check out the island, including ruins, beaches, and historical towns.

Earth Garden

When: Friday 22nd - Sunday 24th October & Friday 29th - Sunday 31st October 

Where: Ta' Qali National Park, Attard, Malta

Lineup: Members of Manatapu, Mato, Danny Vibe, Kerg B2B Cain, Gordon Flash, Members of Tribali 

Earth Garden is Malta’s largest alternative festival with music covering a range of genres, including house, drum and bass, electro, hip hop, techno, acid, alt. rock, dub, ska, funk, reggae, blues, world music and beyond. More than a music festival, Earth Garden is about creativity and inclusivity with workshops on topics including healthy eating, wellbeing, and massage. And you can get involved in some improvised jam sessions! If you’re the artsy type, Earth Garden could be the one for you.

 


  

Drumcode Festival Malta

The team behind the Swedish techno label Drumcode are bringing their festival back to Malta for its second year in 2022. With heavy-weight DJ and producer Adam Beyer behind it, you know the chosen artists will be among the best and most exciting on the scene.  After Drumcode's success in Amsterdam, it looks like the only way is up for this techno festival. 2022 will surely be a defining year for Drumcode and it'll no doubt be a spectacle to remember. 

 


 

ABODE on the Rock

When: Thursday 16th June 

Where: Gozo, Malta 

Lineup: Alan Fitzpatrick, Jamie Jones, Danny Howard, Darius Syrossian, Lee Foss, more TBA

Another festival born from a record label, ABODE on the Rock is back again to treat an intimate crowd of just 10,000 to some unreal tunes with performances from Alan Fitzpatrick, Jamie Jones and many more. Taking place on the small island of Gozo, ticketholders can enjoy beach parties, stunning landscapes, boat parties, night events, villa parties, and a whole lot of sunshine. We can’t wait to see who else is announced for 2022. 

 


 

Summer Daze

Finally back after what feels like forever, Summer Daze will be landing in Malta with a diverse lineup of brilliant EDM, house, and pop artists and DJs. We’re still waiting on a lineup announcement, but as past editions included Loco Dice, Rita Ora, James Arthur, David Guetta, and Martin Garrix, we’re sure it’ll be top. Well, as the brainchild of Creamfields and Radio One, we wouldn’t expect anything less. 

 


 

UNITE with Tomorrowland Malta

UNITE is one of the biggest festivals in Malta and brings the hottest electronic artists to its massive stages. With flames, light shows, and confetti across intricately designed stages, it’s almost too easy to lose yourself in the alternate universe that UNITE seamlessly creates. Like the original Tomorrowland, the festival has a different theme each year and features performers such as jugglers, acrobats and fire performers.
