Familia return once again to Egg London on September 7th with another suitably banging line up in tow...

First up is New York techno legend Victor Calderone. Starting his career with a slew of dance chart topping hits, his career has seen him remain at the helm of the US techno movement, refining and re imagining his sound, keeping it at the forefront of electronic dance music. With new material out on the ever impressive Drumcode label with Nicole Moudaber, Victor Calderone has yet again reaffirmed his significance in the techno scene. His lives sets are a tour de force of four to the floor techno, which have seen him in demand from the likes of Richie Hawtin and Carl Cox.

He will be joined by Sasha Carassi. One of the kings of big room techno, Sasha is a producer that has become better and better with each passing release. With records coming out also on Drumcode, Octopus, Driving Forces and collaborations with Mauro Picotto, Sian and Alan Fitzpatrick, Sasha has become one of the leading lights of Italian techno, as the Napoli born DJ and producer continues to dominate with his uncompromising sound.

Fresh from dominating the Miami Winter Music Conference, the Manic Brothers have found time in their busy schedule to bring to Egg their all conquering techno sound. With their tracks reaching the record bags of Sven Vath, Adam Beyer, and Nicole Moudaber, the Drumcode favourites will be well worth catching upon arrival at Egg.

Others to watch out for at Familia include sonic wizard Christian Burkhardt, dub techno’s finest exponents Minimood & Valt.mar, and Crosstown Rebels and house music saviours HIM_SELF_HER.
