Tickets are misleading as it says last entries in pound pub at 10 but apparently it was for Jaks too so we had to pay for an additional ticket ontop of what we ordered online before

Staff were rude, kept us queueing for longer then necessary. Waited at the front for over 25 minutes after queueing for 45 minutes. Many people had left and people behind we being let in. Could see on the cameras it was clearly not busy and when we eventually got inside the bar was clear. There was no reason to keep us queueing that long. Bouncers were extremely rude. Will be very reluctant to attend again and will not recommen. It is a shame as use to enjoy this club.
