Review of Reading Comic-Con
it was a fairly small event, but well attended, even on the second day, there were good guest stars too, and i wish i'd done the walking dead thing, but when i arrived everyone seemed to be milling around like they were on lunch so i didn't approach them. it was good that these 'side events' were there though, and made it more than just a 'market' for sales of sci-fi goods. the stage area being separate was good too, and i was really impressed with peoples efforts to go in character, all seemed willing to have their picture taken, if you were brave enough to ask :-) the whole parking thing was a bit confusing though, only when you got right to the event did you see a small notice saying parking was free, this left a few people confused over what they needed to do. it was also good that there were food and drink options available

Review of Reading Comic-Con
We had weekend tickets but only went on the Sunday due to family issues. Not sure if there was enough to have kept us there two days but enjoyed the Sunday. Loved the aliens! And the Stormtroupers were cool too.

Review of Reading Comic-Con
this was the first Comic-con event we had been to, it was very busy with people and for the trade people that were there they showed lots of different goods. It was great to see a good number of people dressed up with favorite idols. The venue was on the small side and couldn't fit any more stands into the hall. We will probably go to the bigger event next year in london, but overall we enjoyed our day out.

Review of Reading Comic-Con
I attend comic-cons to take photos of cosplayers and any thing else of interest on the day. I prefer the smaller venues like this one and had 2 brilliant days photographing a fabulous collection of creative, cosplayers, performers and artists. The staff were friendly and informative and the space was well filled but not overly so. Overall it felt safe and family friendly. Would recommend your event and will definitely go again next time.

Review of Reading Comic-Con
As a Comic-Con newbie, I took my family along and was impressed with the various stalls and activites available, especially for a 10 year old boy. I'd think that a larger building to enable a bigger event to take place, but certainly for newcomers to Comic-Con, we were all impressed by what was on show.

Review of Reading Comic-Con
My daughter and I had a great time! We only went on Saturday as a birthday treat for my daughter and it was better than expected, plenty of stalls, amazing customes and cosplayers, great guest talks and good facilities - bar with cold and hot drinks and cold and hot snacks so didn't have to leave the building for lunch. A great venue and an awesome event, the first Comicon in Reading, please come back again next year!!

Review of Reading Comic-Con
I was glad to see that this event was so popular in its first year. I would have liked it to have been scheduled for a warmer time of year as the cold was the reason I did not dress up. It would be great if next year it cod be big enough to use both of the large halls at the venue. Hopefully more advertising targeted at the surrounding towns would help increase the demand and maybe some more artists and celebs.
Overall it was good to see so many locals coming together in support and having fun :)
