really enjoyed thr day good price venue alittle small looking forward to go again in 2018

I loved everything about the event and can't wait for next years Comic Con. Only downer was that I was tight on money due to the event being the last weekend before payday.

Visit a result of daughters request to attend.  They enjoyed it and I have reflected their views as above.
Getting in was quite slow and the use of a 'proper' barcode scanner rather than a mobile phone may have speeded up the process.  Stands were good and varied in terms of topics.  Merchandise was of reasonable quality as opposed to completely overpriced tat.    Layout confined by the size of the hall but still perfectly acceptable.
It was a good day out and thanks to the organisers for their efforts.

 

Venue was pretty basic and didn't have enough clean or working toilets on the day. Wasn't much of a welcome or information about what was going on during the day, so just felt like we'd paid nearly £12 each for the opportunity to walk around stalls and spend more money if we wanted to buy anything. 
Wouldn't go again. 

a lovely friendly event with great atmosphere.  Will go again next year.
HOWEVER!  (And this is more about the venue than the event). Please, next time, make it more obvious how to pay for parking.  Most of the ticket machines were out of order and it was only when we asked someone near the entrance that we discovered we had to go to the main reception and 'sign in'.  Because there were no tickets being displayed in any of the cars in the car park that I could see, I almost assumed parking was free for the day because the machines were out of order/.  It wasn't just us being daft either - we were asked by a rather confused looking chap where he had to pay.  PLEASE make it more obvious for people next year!  But that's my only gripe about a very enjoyable day.
