Review of Texfest 2018
Only went on Sunday and what a day it was. I managed to see all the bands apart from two. The day started well with Charlotte Carpenter and ended with an high with the fratellis. Every other band in between didn’t disappoint. On the whole textfest event was an enjoyable experience with a great atmosphere...roll on next year!

Fantastic music, thought everything was far to spread out for a small festival. Prices were too high for drinks and food. Would have liked to see more stalls/shops etc but all round an amazing weekend.

only thing I would add is the fact that there is a shuttle bus taking people from the train station but I noticed people arguing over taxies to get back to market harborough so could there be a late night bus to take people back to the town centre

Review of Texfest 2018
Upon arrival we were told we had to pay £5 parking. I think after paying a fair amount for tickets it was wrong to then be charged £5 for parking. It said in the ‘do’s and don’t’ that when camping you can bring in 1 bottle of wine or a few bottles of beer. We were then told these have to be in plastic so couldn’t bring in drink. It was extremely expensive in there and there were massive gaps between bands. You could tell this was a first time festival.
