Waited over 20 minutes for a drink and then over an hour for our breakfast and when it arrived it was under cooked and only warm. We also had to wait 10 minutes from the first person reviving their breakfast to the last. Mentioned it to the staff but bwas told nothing that they could do but pleas take a cake on your way out ! ( no thanks) . Santa didn't ask the kids questions about Christmas gifts. The worst I've ever visited.

What a rip off!!!
Charged £5 per adult entry, only to get further ripped off once in. A few broken and dated Christmas decorations - amateur, and nasty.
A dreadful Santa in derelict environment - charged £7.00 for a 4 and 1 year old. The whole eexperience was just so, so - awful. I live just across valley, never visited place before, never will again.
I want write it off, and hopefully memory will fade. Shameful.... 😟

Paid £16 online for 3 adults and a child to go "ice skating " on plastic boards full of mud and gravel at 4.30pm. To find out on arrival that the event finished at 3pm. Terrible organisation. Ended up watching my daughter for 20 mins whilst 3 of us didn't even attempt it as we would have felt embarrassed to do so.

Review of Tots on The Farm - Halloween Special (10:00 - 11:30)

Really good value, our little girl thoroughly enjoyed herself with the activities and then getting to spend time with the animals afterwards. The group size was just right and everyone looked like they were having fun!

Took five children I was childminding. Entrance fee great value for money. Plenty to do disco/entertainer arts and crafts , as well as still being able to see the animals and use the small playground. We didn't use it but the cost of the bbq was out of our reach.

Would definitely go again.
