Review of Summer Love Reading
I resented the corporate style: that we weren't allowed to bring own food or drink, that stallholders weren't local, that tokens were used and especially that there was a bloody funfair as part of it, one of whose rides was right next to the Big Top and was blaring out music. It didn't have the vibe that I have known at reggae festivals and seemed to be mainly middle-aged white people jumping up and down with their phones. I was really disappointed, and felt embarrassed to have invited friends who came from far enough away that they stayed overnight with me. I won't be coming again.

Brilliant event in a decent venue, price for the event was well worth it but food and drink like most other festivals and events is a little expensive.
The Artists were all brilliant, and the vibe was great.
Having Aswad finish the day was a great idea after the General Levy hype meant everybody went home in the right mellow mood

Enjoyed the day except that the toilet’s weren’t checked & regularly filled with toilet rolls,it was a bit expensive to eat & drink as you couldn’t take any in with you otherwise had a lovely day.
