Review of Winter Wonderland

I thought it was a disappoint considering how much we paid. We were expecting a present from Santa, only to be greeted by a santa who said he was being rushed to a only receiving a package with a candy cane and one chocolate coin. All for £15? Not worth it. In fact my son wanted to leave early which we did.

The actors were amazing but organisation of event poor. Lots of parents who hadn't paid joined in and they went to the front so my son who had paid couldn't see. The adults who joined went to the front and blocked the view of the children it was very frustrating and needed managing. Venue was great but because of movement and standing it was difficult for all to see. Shame because the production was such a bargain.

Superb child orientated afternoon - great costumes, professional actors, well thought out content that kept the children entertained - could of been more props / decoration in park but still worked well. Thanks to all concerned.

Really enjoyed this performance as did my little boy (age 2) He loved the songs especially Tin man (his favourite). He also had the chance to oil the tin man which brought him into the performance and was an added bonus!

Lovely location for the event, perfect with its own yellow brick road! Performers were good, some more engaged than others but overall a positive show. Kids really enjoyed it. Slightly annoying as people who hadn't paid joined the group, as the gates weren't closed as advertised and no one stopped them from joining.

Because, because, because, because.....because of the wonderful show we saw! I brought my 6 year old son and 56 year old aunty and we all had a fab time. Great use of the space, fab props, and talented actors made for a truely enjoyable afternoon. Loved the extra touches of munchkin certificates and photos with the characters. Really well planned and fantastically executed. Hope theres more like it!

Outdoor interactive fun. The children were made to feel included in the cast, the costumes and acting were great and the interaction afterwards with a treasure hunt, singalong, photo time and a certificate as proof of being a munchkin, all added up to an extremely enjoyable morning in a lovely location. I would definitely be interested in any further performances.

I loved the show and was brilliant for my 6 year old, the only thing putting me off paying was as other people enter the park and joined there seemed to feel "why did I pay when others could easily enter and take part?" But a really wonderful preston event and hoping for more

Absolutely lovely afternoon. The actors were fantastic and so friendly. Great value for money with some little unexpected extras for the children (sweets and certificate) we would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was a lovely event. My 3 yr old son was fascinated. The Witch and Scarecrow were particularly brilliant. The Witch was very scary:) It was my sons birthday outing so the cast all sang Happy Birthday to him afterwards which made the event even more special.
