Review of Winter Wonderland
I expected much more of a magical experience for the children. It was very expensive for what you got. How you can charge an extra £5 for an adult ticket just to stand in a cold wet tent is beyond me! Never again

Review of Winter Wonderland
The concept and setting for the performance was great and the performers worked hard at making it fun and entertaining for the kids, which was a tough job on a very wet and cold morning. The kids were entertained for 2 hours and enjoyed themselves. From an adults perspective, some more atmosphere would have been good, particularly music- may be some local singers/musicians to perform in the middle, some more lights/decorations, maybe more festive refreshments? More heating as well! And maybe the visit to Santa could be done at the end the tour as this caused a bit of a bottleneck with different groups waiting to go in. No complaints from the kids which was the main thing. 😊

Review of Winter Wonderland
Think it was a little over priced and I was disappointed with the 'gift' from Father Christmas, being a few chocolate coins and a candy came, this is also not always age appropriate. Children were promised a lolly but didn't get one a they were rushed to the next activity. They were also told they would get something from Mrs Christmas as she had been baking. Children were told to sit on cold muddy floor, mats could have been provided. Feel like the event just ended without any real finale.

Review of Winter Wonderland
The venue and things inside was a bit cheap and shabby,it said santa gave them a present which was just a couple of sweets which for the price I wouldve expected more ,the actors and santa were all brilliant and really put in 100per cent .

Review of Winter Wonderland
It was overpriced. The biscuit making was a health risk with kids having to share licked plastic spoons. For £15 a child you should get your own spoon. Kids enjoyed it but they didn't pay. I think it should have been £6. The Halloween event at guys was £5 for that they got around 8 toys.

Review of Winter Wonderland
The music was none existent. Absolutely no atmosphere. Decorations very bare, no heating in the tents. Children bored, we did better activities in the library for free. Such a shame, we were very excited about this.
Massively over priced for what it was. It certainly wasn’t anything like how it was advertised. ☹
Review of Winter Wonderland
Very over priced for what you got; an iced digestive, polystyrene bauble, reindeer food and a small bag of chocolate coins and a candy cane off Father Christmas. Paid £45 for the dull, miserable experience. It was definitely not worth the money.

We took 4 if our grandchildren aged 4 to 9 and they loved it and the audience partition was all set up for young children. There was lots of very young children & babies in prans which didn’t seem suitable for them, if ours were that young we would have been very disappointed . I sure if they come to Preston next year we will book again 🎄🎄🎅🎅
