Review of Plymouth Street Food Festival
Would of liked to seen a bit more , maybe like people dancing on stage , or mini shows in between the music and lots more tables there were not enough at all we ended up on the grass which a lot of others. The food was brill and bit expensive but to be expected as I know the food sellers have to pay quite a lot to be there , I would go again if there was a bit more to see

Review of Plymouth Street Food Festival
A little pricey but a very good event with excellent food. Venue was nice but would have been top notch with some more general seating for when you wanted some Afghanistan, Moroccan, Japanese or Greek food to eat to name just a few. Enjoyed it very much.

Huge queue to get in when tickets were free is baffling. Food was delicious but way too expensive and a 30 minute wait. But having to queue for 45 mins to the bar, when all I wanted was a bottle of water was ridiculous. None of the vendors were allowed to sell soft drinks . I went on two days, and on both decided to leave & go to the local pub. Very busy in the pub full of people who had left & chatting about the same issues as above.

Far too expensive to warrant buying any food, no samples so if we didnt like it that was money wasted, no food or items to buy and take away, like jars/cheeses/hampers. Too busy and queues were up to an hour for food. It was nice to have live music and advertise local bands.

Review of Plymouth Street Food Festival
Loved it at the food fest , loadsa choice & options we have never tried before. The kids loved the loaded Mac & cheese & churros( quite reasonably priced for a decent portion)
We had the delicious poutine & fries which again was a good sized portion & lush.
The Afghan food was amazing (& the marinated chicken thigh was the best & so tasty & tender) however disappointed at the very small portion of chips & chicken for £11 … thought it was overpriced for the taster box portion, definitely would of been worth it had it been a more decent portion. Drinks not too extortionate & only a quid or so more than a lot of pub prices, good atmosphere & would definitely go again.

Review of Plymouth Street Food Festival
Great idea, but the reality not that great, nothing to get exited about. Having to log in before entering was a real faf, very long web address & too many questions, almost didn't bother. Live music would be better. No one rousing the crowd up, no mascots, clowns or entertainers! Like most I thought the idea was to sample different foods, but they all did full size portions, would be great to have small samples for less money, so you can sample several different things. I queued 20 mins to get a can of c**e, drink service time far too long, could do with a dedicated soft drink seller for kids & those not wanting alcohol. Atmosphere was dead - like a family reunion that nobody wanted to be at.
