First time here and was amazing, could of done with more food stores as many qued for 2 hours or more but overall very good

Expensive drinks and food! No real choice of either. Layout of food area was ridiculous to have in the field, where queues were over an hour long. Food ran out by the time we had queued! There was no Fleetwood Mac tribute, and no notice that they wouldn't be there. Lack of information before was really frustrating and unnecessary! Will not be recommending or coming again!!

We feel conned as some of the acts weren’t on, the food and drink prices were ridiculous and the queue for the food was horrendous.
They wouldn’t publicise act times and presumably this was because they didn’t have half the acts publicised.
When I have attended a festival like this before, you are allowed to take a picnic, this was a joke.

Excellent festival
Only problem was queue for food over 2 hours !! And had ran out of most things at 6pm
Also no carling left.
Maybe should allow people to bring a picnic.

Not very happy as staff was rude and couldn't find my details even though i had downloaded my tickets and had the barcode ,took 25 mins for my entry ..also halfway through the show there was a power cut,... D js went off stage and put music on auto and repeated set twice...wasn't worth the price of the tickets only 2 stages so i don't think there was enough variety or value for the price

We were told to arrive at 12. Music didn't start until 2.

'Street Food vans' consisted of a chip van, a burger van & a hot dog van, plus an overpriced bar with a spa**e choice of luke-warm drinks.

I would not recommend this event.

Overall the event was good but it was spoiled by a few finishing touches that were ruined. The music on the whole was good and it was a very good vibe when there. My friends and I felt safe in the cloud and it was never too busy that we felt squashed. The second DJ was ok but felt a little unnecessary as not many people were dancing there. It would have been nice to have a quiet space for those wanting to escape the noise for a moment. The negatives were due to organisation. The food was not organised well at all. We had to wait over an hour for a plate of chips and a hot dog, missing some of the acts we wanted to see. The lack of organisation at the food station led to huge queues that moved very slowly. There was also a lot of time spent waiting between acts later on. The bands looked like they only needed 15 minutes to set up and warm up and yet we had to wait an hour for them to come on (mostly aimed at the later bands). Finally there was no coordination when leaving and it was a nightmare trying to get out. I felt very unsafe walking through the parking lot out of the event as there were lots of cars all randomly leaving in no sense of order. If these things could be sorted out I would definitely think about coming back again as the rest of the event was very fun.

Insufficient information prior to event, poor communication from Skittle and what data was published was very inadequate.
On-site food was a joke with one stall for burgers, one stall for hotdogs, one stall for fries with no communicate between them. This let to extremely long ques, 1.5 hours for each separate item.
Toilet facilities were disgusting, unserviced, insecure with very poor venue lighting in most areas.
Did enjoy three groups from the six tribute that performed .... shame that other tributes that were listed on the Skittle adverts did not appear.
Overall, I have attended many better festivals and put this on the bottom of my listing as a bad experience.

If people could take there own food and drink , it , it would be far better , they stated street food which it wasn’t , just burgers, hot dogs and chips which ran out in 1st hour till they got more , then they ran out early evening , food was expensive for what you go , the staff excuse of running out of food was ( they didn’t realise so many would want food ) so they was expecting people to go 10 hrs drinking with no food 🤔sure the organises knew how many tickets they had sold , and don’t buy VIP tickets they aren’t worth it

there wasn't enough food areas. For a start there wasn't fries then no burgers.
toilets were kept clean and usable....

Enjoyed every minute of the festival. Great atmosphere,music & cost of the tickets,drinks...was well worth it.

The venue was tiny for the amount of people there.
No parking and the best solution was park and get a taxi.
Ontop of paying for a ticket, and prices of food vend ours was insane, paying for money on a taxi at Sunday rates was a disgusting solution, so me and a friend parked nearby and walked, along a 60mph road in the dark- surrounded by drunks and I’m surprised they didn’t get run over’

I wasn’t allowed to take my water in despite having a current UTI as I’m a nurse paying £3 for water is awful.
But then I look around and some teenagers clearly smuggled alcohol in.

The event was advertised as having food stalls
2 stalls for like 1200 people serving chips and cheese is unacceptable.

The event was not friendly vibe at all, saw people who weee just generally too drunk to stand on their own two feet, they kept getting served which was completely mad!
Where is your duty of care? Or do you just care about making money?
Would never ever return to this event even if I was paid to do so,

Although in saying all this, the acts that we saw were good, went home because the atmosphere was awful and unsafe.

Wasn’t worth the price I paid but had a brilliant time. I’ll definitely be returning if I buy the early bird.
Drinks were quite reasonable, £6 for shorts and mixer, soft drinks £3.
Atmosphere was brilliant, everyone was there just to have fun.
Definitely needed more toilets and someone to empty them mid way.
Food was good and reasonably priced too.

Appalling experience. I've been to many festivals and never had a bad experience, until yesterday. I left at 7pm, even though I love Queen who were headlining.
The comms before the event were awful, no line up and no info about parking (except it was limited). We couldn't take food and had to queue 1.5 hours for it! The drinks were so expensive! £3 for a small plastic cup of c**e is daylight robbery. There was no hot water for drinks.
There hardly any bands on,no compare and sometimes we waited an hour between bands with nothing else to do. People looked miserable and everyone was complaining.
We left at 7pm very unhappy and would like a refund for the ticket due to the ime and money we wasted.
