A huge disappointment.

All of the bars were understaffed and all the spaces were over saturated with no where to stand.

We didn't see any music or entertainment, as we spent the whole time in a queue.

When we bought tickets for this event, we didn't intend on spending the afternoon and evening standing crammed in around a bar trying to buy drinks. It felt poorly organised and massively oversold. The event fell well below our expectations, the hype and advertising certainly didn't add up to what was on offer that day. Everywhere you turned there were queues for either food or toilets or drinks, which told us everything we needed to know.

After a disappointing hour of queueing at the bar with no one able to get a drink, we decided to leave the event to find somewhere else that could offer a more enjoyable way to spend our time.

A massive disappointment, definitely won't waste my money on tickets for any Live Republic//Binks Yard events in the future.

Sadly I don't think the event was too great and very over priced for what was there. I was expecting a little more from the music and entertainment.

I would not of known it was st Patrick's day at all no Irish music, queue for the bar was absolutely ridiculous we left early I would never attend again! Went to Birmingham on the Sunday and wow though know how to celebrate

Would have been better with a bigger, or more bars, and without the rain... but that part can't be helped! Would be lovely in good weather.

The venue could have been great but there were a few things that made this a disappointing event.
1. There was very little Irish music played and we didn't see any Irish dancing (although we left around 7pm). It was more like an 80's rave
2. It rained and although there were marquees erected, there wasn't enough space so people tried to shelter indoors. The management tried to keep people out of the main bar (unsuccesfully most of the time). It would have been better to just accept that the venue would be completely taken over and allow people in all areas
3. The queues to the bar were horrendous at peak times. There were far too few people serving for the number of people in the venue. It took 45 mins to queue for a beer. People were getting very angry and irate.
4. Queues for the outside bar were not undercover so standing in the rain for 45 mins was no fun
5. There were insufficient toilets. Management wouldn't let you use the toilets inside (again unsuccessfully most of the time). The ladies toilets inside were not all working
6. The drinks were expensive (and I was charged different prices for the same drinks on different visits to the bar)

It didn't play enough Irish music. It was sold as an Irish event but the music was a let down. Definitely needed more bars. Ridiculous queue in rain.

Terrible set up!

Qued for 67 minutes at the bar.
Drinks are over priced £35 for a bottle of Prosecco.
Toilets are disgusting, never saw them being cleaned! We actually never went to the toilets at this venue as they were that bad.

Didn't provide what it said on the tickets, massively over priced. Spent most of our time queuing at the bar. Nit enough Irish music, no dancing. Big hype bug disappointment

Brilliant day. Great music especially The Anthemics. My only 2 gripes were the queue for the bar(outdoor) and the portaloos. The outdoor toilet area needs lighting for after dark and they need to be monitored more for cleanliness. Having said that, I would definitely go again.

I wouldn't go again to Binks yard for an Irish event again there were far to many people, queues for drinks were taking 40 minutes there was standing room only
Very little Irish music for an event that was advertised as a St Patricks event
Very disappointed
