Day ticket. We enjoyed it.. The weather was great but the venue wasn't very well thought out. Far too many people squeezed into the park and not enough catering and drinks vans.

Absolute disaster of an event from start to finish refused entry on saturday due to over crowding only for it to be cancelled all together on Sunday. Waste of money. Waste of time.

Shocking all round, long queues to get in as a result of just the one entrance. Bottle necked entrance lead to overcrowding, a lot of children with parents distressed. Long queues for bars, 4 bars for 12,000 is absolutely pathetic. Long queues for toilets, nowhere near enough portaloos. Each band/act was around 1 and a half to 2 hours behind their allocated stage time. Acts being pulled from the bill to try and make up time for other acts to take to the stage. Shocking social media interaction, complete lack of any major wrongdoing, organisers constantly looking to pass the buck. Would not recommend!

Absolute shamble denied access due to full venue. I want my money back I want my travel expenses back and I want an apology . 2 wasted holidays only music I heard was on the streets outside St. George's hall get my money back in my account asap

Terrible! No planning, no organisation. Nowhere near enough facilities or space for the number of people they sold tickets for. Second day cancelled. Will be seeking a full refund and compensation.

Loved the music but this was a pitifully poorly organised debacle of an event. Terrible crowd control; huge queues for everything and simply not ready to put the event on. The bands did what they could to get over the myriad of problems. Hopeless and Glory I'm afraid 😩

Disaster!
Such a shame the festival was cancelled, it had a great line-up!
Saturday was absolutely rammed, took an hour to buy a drink in a chaotic non organised lack of queueing system. Needed bigger bars and just the one stage. Bands were great but unfortunately the had to cut their slots as they were 2 hours behind schedule. People giving out wristbands didn't check tickets and instead just prefered to give anyone a weekend one, stating 'which ticket are you? I can tell if you're lying!".
Therefore Sunday would have had thousands of extra people turn up with their 'free' wristbands and probably would have caused riots turning legitimate ticket holders away.

Absolute shambles. Overcrowded and dangerous. Unable to hear artists as stages too close together. An hour to get in then an hour plus queuing to get a drink. Left after a couple of hours as we felt unsafe due to overcrowding and fellow festival goers getting more and more irate. So disappointed but unfortunately not one positive comment to be made. I feel people should be partially refunded at least as it was a very expensive price to pay for being in a constant queue and feeling so unsafe.

Utter shambles, massively over crowded, I spent most of my time there at the front of the main stage watching the events roadies fail fail and fail again to get the artists fantastic music through their joke of a sound system.
Highlights include a 30 strong silent choir, Badly Drawn Boy taking one strum on his guitar and having it boom for over a minute give up and play the keyboard instead, and hearing not one word of the views whole set.
Every act was forced to be late on stage, every set was cut dramatically short in a pathetic scramble to make up for lost time, Charlotte Church got bumped from the show.
Worst of all after 6 hours of waiting and utter frustration James had to cut most of their set to get off the stage before 11.
All the artists were totally professional and deserve an award for playing on while the ship sank, the organizer deserves a fair trail and long jail sentence for being a leading thunderc**t.

Review of Hope and Glory Festival
My first ever festival. Saved up booked two nights in Liverpool. Not cheap. Booked time off work and train tickets.
Yesterday felt very uneasy at concert. Lot of drunken idiots. Felt very unsafe. Chaos all around. This morning left hotel. Found event cancelled. Now back in hotel till tomorrow's train home.
Please advise on refund policy and application. Very upset and disappointed.
