Awful! Not planned well at all. Disappointing spent £200 on tickets and was only there couple of hours. Waiting over an hour for the toilets and bar. shockingly S**T!!!

what can I say- it was very poorly organised. there were massive queues to gain entry , along with capacity issues inside the venue.awful catering and bar facilities inside ,not able to cater for the numbers of people.. at one point the gates to gain entry were closed and no real info given to huge crowds outside. police were in attendance and I did wonder if there would be a public disorder issue . we had already queued for a very lengthy time by that point.
inside the programme ran massively overtime , poor sound quality as the noise from other stages meant you couldn't hear the main stage. james were excellent as always but only managed a truncated set due to time issues , they came on very late due to the over run on previous bands.
it is difficult to find anything positive to say re the day , it was poorly managed , didn't have the capacity of facilities to cope with the number of people there.
I wouldn't repeat the fiasco . nor would I recommend it to anyone.
It was the worse live event I have ever been to - I am 53 - that includes sporting/ music and other live events.

Loved the music but this was a pitifully poorly organised debacle of an event. Terrible crowd control; huge queues for everything and simply not ready to put the event on. The bands did what they could to get over the myriad of problems. Hopeless and Glory I'm afraid 😩

Worst festival I have ever been to. Took ages to move around the site. Lines for drinks were outraged - we waited nearly an hour and a half for a pint. Artists sets got cut or cancelled that I wanted to see and I paid £50 and didn't even get to see who I wanted!

Far too many people allowed in to the venue, queue were to big, not enough staff or security working. Show was 2 hours behind leaving the acts I went to see were cut shorter.

Poor food choices. Webite specified healthy food options would be available but nothing of the sort. I follow a strict gluten free diet so the only food I could have was chips and an ice lolly. There was no chance to pop out into the city centre for food because of the queues and may not have been let back in.
Friend is vegetarian and again not much choice for her.
Couldn't take in your own food. Would have been happier to take in my own food which I know is safe
Queues for bar didn't bother me as I was driving so on soft drinks but could see long queues throughout the day.

The small gap between the main stage area and the rest of the festival was an issue down to the volume of people. In the beginning there was no management of flow and was a free for all but after introduction of a barrier and one way traffic it was 'slighly' better but not significantly
Loooong change over times on the main stage, running hours behind. Bands sets were shortened to catch up and so there was very little 'talk' from each band as they rushed through songs.
Second stage was running to time and had a great set of acts who played well to the audience. Lucy spraggan and star sailor in particular
SECOND DAY WAS CANCELLED... aside from the cancellation which you can understand given the complaints about the Saturday, my main issue was the lack of communication. We were driving from Manchester and in the morning there was conflicting information about the festival still being on or being cancelled. Luckily we checked twitter and did not set off.
Promoters were poor with communication
In contrast Skiddle were I believe prompt and well mannered with their cancellation emails after you had found out the concrete information.
At least the sun was shining on the Saturday and the Sunday cancellation means I can actually eat some food!

Bands were fantastic in the circumstances - organisation was abismal, not to mention dangerous

your ratings don't really apply

music - amazing but cut short or cancelled
venue - amazing place, poor layout and major H&S issues
Prices - expensive - when you could actually get to buy anything
atmosphere - fantastic friendly crowd but all concerned something horrible could have happened

So so badly organised and frankly the venue didn't work and seemed like a complete health and safety hazard. Only 2 bars which meant hour long queues. Gutted that the bands had to cut their sets down and you could tell they were annoyed at the organisation. In heingsight we would not have gone.

Was surprised there will still tickets on sale the day of the event, there shouldn't have been! It was massively oversold and as a result the incapable bar and security staff could not cope with the sheer numbers of people attending. Que for an hour to get into the festival, que for an hour or more at some of the bars. Bands were running over 3 hours late at one point due to the que to get in I was told. This meant some bands had their set cut to 4-5 songs. The venue is not big enough and the staff aren't capable enough to hold and run this evenly in its location. What a shame as it was a great line up.

Great opportunity to have a music event in liverpool , but so upsetting that it was so badly organized . No toilet paper, urinals overflowing and ridiculously long queues for the bars . Most people missed the artists that they wanted to see as they queued so long for drinks. Not enough facilities for children and no response to emails from Sam whose contact details were advertised on the site for issues around food and drink. Also I had to buy weekend tickets for my children when we only needed Saturday tickets for us all.

Worst event ever...queued for hours and still didn't get in. Nobody knew what was going on then the Police turned up and told us they were not letting anyone else in due to safety concerns and told us to apply for refund. Nightmare!

Awful. Worst event I've ever been too. Lack of organisation was borderline dangers. Had to leave the event after a short period as music couldn't be heard, queues for bar/food were pathetic and the general mood in the festival was stagnant. I WANT A REFUND THIS WAS AWFUL.
