My evening was spoilt by being asked to move seats twice. No one asked about my medical condition which requires to be able to sit. Apparently there were two types of tickets. The DJ missed the beginning and cut off the end of Eurovision. Drinks were too expensive. Only plus side is the rooftop.

It wasn’t an ideal place to watch the eurovision. From picture I got the impression that there will be huge screen on the roof top. But there was a small screen on the front bit and one larger screen in the back end and there were around 500 people. It was impossible to watch the show. And even the show started, the volume was very low and we couldn’t hear and see the show and had to leave. So it was basically party but Eurovision was on the background. If the venue sells the tickets with promise of streaming eurovision, this was not expected

Not too bad of a place but for something advertised for Eurovision it was full of people not there for the show and causing havoc. The toilets are too small for the crowd and the drink was ridiculously expensive.

Their Eurovision party was a shambles. There were no reserved signs on tables so no one knew they couldn’t sit there. The bouncers were shouting aggressively at women to move from tables when other staff had told them they could sit there. Couldn’t even hear Eurovision as the sound was terrible, and it was completely overcrowded. Total rip off. Two stars for atmosphere because my friends are boss and great to hang out with.

Multiple rude members of staff. Did not receive a complimentary drink as described. Were kicked out of multiple different seats a number of times to be told they were “reserved” despite no indication saying so. Labelled as a Eurovision party but only 2 very small screens and so packed could not see anything. Clearly just a money making scheme and I will certainly not revisiting again.

Absolutely awful, we spent £45 each on tickets to a Eurovision bottomless brunch which our tickets stipulated sky garden. Got to Liberte and we had been put on the 2nd floor with little to know atmosphere and absolutely no Eurovision theme. The food was dreadful, grey chicken, stale buns.

Eurovision rooftop event. 1 speaker providing music for entire rooftop so people cant hear anything, the chants of ‘turn it up’ were miles louder than the music. Complained to staff who report the council put a ‘remote cap’ on their speakers due to their in house DJ being too loud earlier in the day. Paid entry to an event you cannot even hear.

This was a badly planned event. Screens were badly placed to the layout of the venue. The sound system needs an upgrade to deal with the number of people who attend. You literally couldn’t hear a thing. Food was good however the system for ordering doesn’t work, still waiting on chicken skewers.

Terrible experience I left shortly. overbooked venue no space to sit or even stand. Two small screens couldn’t see anything, with a very poor sound system couldn’t even hear the music. Overall ripoff and I’m sad for the money I payed.

Had clearly oversold the event, not everyone could see a screen and you could barely hear the concert due to having one speaker. Also management didn’t seem to care about it, which added to the frustration of the crowd. Would like to know the formal complaints policy.

I had booked for the Sunday 18th dec for x3 adults and x3 children for 10am. I had no correspondence ahead of arrival. Once we arrived we were told to go into our hut which played Christmas music, no one gave us a menu or took any food or drinks order. I went to the bar to order drinks and was told there was only hot chocolate available, no tea or coffee at a breakfast which cost nearly £150! I requested could the staff not get any from downstairs their sister restaurant to be told no, as we were all freezing in the hut and my mum who is in her 60s wanted tea. These drinks arrived an hour later…. After asking for menus I was told I should of been sent one and pre ordered but I hadn’t received anything? Our food arrived separately with x2 adult breakfasts arriving at 11.40! The rest of the food at 11.50 with a kids beans on toast arriving at 12.05! I asked members of staff repeatedly for an update on our food as the kids in particular were hungry. After requesting to see the manager I discovered others had experienced the same poor service. This was such a badly organised event, they clearly aren’t set up to serve food. The manager agreed to issue a full refund however I still haven’t received it and am still chasing for a response. Also no films on the big screen as advertised, the grinch came round and knocked on the cabin door and was there for less than 5 minutes. Such a shambles, I was very disappointed as this was our family Christmas treat.

Horrendous, no food or drinks. Unhelpful staff! Santa gave out empty box. Seats were unsafe my son has left with a black eye!! Will not return or recommend. I am awaiting a refund!

AWFUL!!!!
I have been trying to find a link to their page for complaints but their website doesnt have a page and Instagram and facebook being ignored as the event was absolutely awful, no entertainment apart from 5 minutes with the grinch whos costume was ripped and my 5 year old is now asking questions as to whether santa is real or not because 'they all just dress in costumes i could see a person through the holes' the meal was unedible and i had to sent my daughters meal back because pancakes were cold and the sauce over them was absolutely diabolical even staff said 'what is that sauce' there was no christmas movie as advertised, i asked 4 times for our drinks and we had no drinks in the time we was there, the chairs in the shed was unsafe and my daughter fell off it, my daughter cried the whole way home as she didnt like it and was hungry,cold and bored as she said. I have wasted so much money on this event that wad filled with disappointment from start to finish. I would not reccomend this place to anybody i travelled over an hour to come to this and left disappointed, thank you

Worst event I have ever been to 1.5 hours sat in a shed kids bored not a thing to do, food finally came out with no forks and knives by the time they brought them food was freezing! Would not recommend

Disgraceful. Zero service
When we arrived we were told a hit number nobody allocated us to the hut the doors were swinging back and forth and narrowly missed my daughter. The hut was freezing, nobody came to take our drinks order we had to approach the staff who said won’t be long. No tea or coffee available and not an ounce of common sense for anyone to get some for people wanting a hot drink to keep them warm. The only hot drink available was a watered down hot chocolate that took an hour and a half to come. Everytime the staff were asked they were sighing agreeing with the appalling state of the event and complaining themselves
The event organise agreed it was a massive fail but insisted the previous weeks had been ‘amazing’. One member of staff blamed it on a new chef but nobody gave us a menu or took our order until the 5th time we asked and the food was freezing when it arrived. On the menu there was green grinch pancakes which isn’t what arrived and was told they’d had complaints from everyone.
This was something that our children was really looking forward to and was absolutely appalling from start to finish

Food was horrible, had to ask for the drinks multiple times, and received after an hour. Never saw the grinch until after breakfast. Asked when we would see the grinch, and the staff did not know. Unorganised, other customers crying with frustration, lots of people unhappy. Asked to see Santa, girl said we were next, but then went and got her friend to go before us. Both kids got the same present!
