Wasn’t expecting to share the Father Christmas experience with other families. Quite pricey for a selection box! Been to other grottos and my children have received lovely gifts. It’s a shame as the venue was lovely

Excellent venue and excellently acted out by all involved. The price was a little steep but overall was a good experience and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it.

Was a lovely magical experience for my 6 year old. The elf and Mrs Christmas were great fun. The children were enthralled. Santa was brilliant. We even met Olaf afterwards! The live music was lovely too alongside the stalls. It was little on the expensive side and I don’t think adults should be charged at all.

Just wonderful from start to finish. I think we had the real Santa, Mrs Claus and elves, they were brilliant. The story and making reindeer food were a lovely touch that made it very magical. Would book again

I wouldn’t recommend the grotto to others as I thought it was overpriced for the experience. The venue was great .weather a let down but overall a nice afternoon out
