Main let down was there were to few bar sales points which meant queues right around the tent at some stages which gave the hall and seating area a deserted look because so many people were in a queue. speakers were not very high so queuers often stood in front of them. But beer was good (and cheaper than i anticipated), they coped well with the covid side, lots of loos and a reasuring security presence that was there but not too heavy. Lot of people made the effort to dress up and was generally a good bunch.

Very disappointed with having to queue for a refill and waiting for an hour to do so. 4 beer taps for 1000 people, doesn't stack up, does it? Last time was far better organised with more efficiency at the bars and with table service. Left at 5pm..Can't say I'll be returning.

You couldn’t get a drink! What’s the point of attending a beer festival when you can’t get near the bar!! Wine was REVOLTING you could strip walls with it! We had to leave as couldn’t get served by 5pm so a total rip off

Huge cues for drinks.
Only 1 food stall and no real choice of food.
Could barely move due to stalls being far too close.
Complete lack of detail about the event prior to it happening.
Will not be booking this again.

Its called a beer festival but really it was a queue festival. Trying to buy a drink was a disaster. Won't be going again for this reason.

Unfortunately not a great experience. The queue for the bar was all the way round the inside of the marque, about a 30 minute wait. Had 2 beers at £10 a beer and left. Not good value at all.
They need to sort out a better system!

An disorganised event, beer and wine were undrinkable, 1 food stall and 1 pancake stall on site, toilets after about an hour were so bad we had to leave and find alternative toilets. No German music so not really any atmosphere to say we are at a Oktoberfest. Over priced event.

Good live music, okay venue. Could’ve had more area to get served so the queues wasn’t as long for drink. Water cost £3 which is a joke and for £25 entry fee you would expect you would get a free beer or something with it but instsad it was £10 a stein and £10 to deposit for your glass. Could’ve had games and stalls set up for people to entertain themselves other than live music. However it looked like everyone was enjoying themselves so good atmosphere and friendly door supervisors.

Overpriced and poorly organised, we left without having a drink as queue 1hr+ went to local pub instead. Music OK but not that which i've been used to at real and German style oktoberfests

Wasn’t really Oktoberfest! Was lager in a tent. Where was a proper oompah band? Where was the audience participation? Food choice was non existent. Nothing at all for vegetarians except crepes - very very poor in the 21st century. Queues for drinks too long. Tables crammed in - no space to move around. Stewards far too strict. It was all in all a massive disappointment and I’m tempted to add complete rip-off. You only get 3 stars on atmosphere as we, the crowd, made it far better than it actually was. Won’t be coming back to any of your events! Finally drop the drag acts - your just virtue signalling aren’t you!

Ticket very over priced maybe a drink included or a drop in price. I would come again if the ticket wasn't so expensive, more food stands would be good too

The music and entertainment at Oktoberfest was fabulous however, you had to queue for an hour to get a drink! My whole party left after a couple of hours due to this.
