understand that this year was very different but we never received our drinks. ordered twice and never came. there were clearly not enough staff to cope and running a small trailer as a bar for that amount of people was never going to work. we left half way through as we had enough of waiting. we were really looking forward to this but after that experience we won't be returning to anything until back to normal. really disappointed in this day

Absolute shambles! Bar was shut for 1st hour when we arrived. Then we waited 2 hours for our drinks after ordering, were given lager instead of cider!!! ... Our second drink was given to the wrong table, we couldn't get a refund for drinks, you have to email to try and get one!! we left at 9pm as it was diabolical. Boiling hot, no shade, no drink. Vip upgrade ticket was a complete waste of money! I want to k iw who to contact for a full refund. I'll never return!

The drinks App wasn't working and showed as stadium closed. when you could order drinks people were waiting over 2 hours to get them. you couldn't even get water so it was scorching hot with no drinks. Everyone was complaining it was awful. People should be getting refunds

Only issue was the problem with the drinks. The music, acts and the way the whole event was set up was amazing. Well done to every person who worked to get this event on and completed. Thank you! Squinny4
