Music great getting a drink on the other hand appalling should of done the decent thing and let people bring their own drinks when you can't supply it especially on a hot day! Won't be returning and stil want my refund!

The drink app was down when we arrived due to a 4 person bar, and the prices at the other stalls that werenâ??t selling alcohol and heat we all needed refreshments (or at least water especially with the elder and kids around) We arrived at 4pm after struggling to find our block (the security couldnâ??t either) and then to find it and it to be filled with others, so we were told to sit wherever. Masks went out the window after 6 and the drinks app finally opened. We ordered a round of £45 worth of refreshments and didnâ??t receive them, when we got some drinks they were really short, not what we ordered and theyâ??d given the order that was meant to be ours away to another bench. Tulisa pulled out last minute which I think people should have been told about and we were told even though we had wristbands we were not allowed back into the venue even when going to the car/shop/meeting others etc. The security watched as a girl got punched in the face by another â??socially distancedâ? group of people, and didnâ??t intervene or check up on either involved afterwards. Many were sunburnt due to the lack of shade and water (resulting in sun stroke). The best bit about the whole night was the DJ at the end, but after 9pm the social distancing went out the window and the toilets didnâ??t even have loo roll in. Really disappointed in my hometown for not thinking enough ahead. I think next time picnic beaches (that can fit the legal 6 on) with a umbrella for the option of shade for vulnerable people, would be a much better idea!

All being said it was an great day even with all that went on. Music and weather were banging. Big thanks to all that put this together in the current situation and I'll be the first in the queue for tickets to the next one.

Think it was disgraceful that you only tell us two days before the new rules and that you have to queue for food was absolutely great but the drink service was diabolical 4 1/2 hour wait pending bar closed what a joke

Very very poor communication between all staff. Doors opened late for VIP.
hours and hours wait for drinks.
Atmosphere was terrible.
Seating was horrible.
We left early as very very disappointed.
Will not be returning again.

Absolutely shocking. Was positioned right on top of a speaker and couldnâ??t move. No drinks for 2 hours then they closed the bars. Also stopped people going out for a cigarette. Loads of people left. I left after 2.5 hours Waste of £28

As the organisers should we well aware of by now; the main hiccup of the whole day was the drinks situation. Closing the bar app for 2 hours and then to still wait 3 hours for drinks once they have been ordered. We were not happy at all and decided to leave after waiting for over 5 hours for a drink on a scorching day. Also, the 2m distancing was never thoroughly kept to in the queue around the stadium to get in until you reached the last 10 metres! I am currently trying to find a way to contact the organisers for a refund as I believe that Skiddle aren't able to provide this.

It was a joke, under staff, under planned, no structure, prices where expensive. No water facilities, no smoking area, lacking toilet facilities. Ambulance staff didnt appear till 2 hours into festival. Beer was on order took + 2 hours to arrive, couldnt hear the artist sing, bass was to loud.
Zero sun cover, no plan for what to do for sun, no water till after complaints on facebook.
Legit shocking, thinking about it i reckon i would like a refund. Left after 4:30hrs do to heat and my 4year old being hot.
