Townfield Gala hosted by Pure Heaven Entertainments on Sunday 12 July, 12 noon to 5pm, is an exciting fun-filled community afternoon for all the family. Admission is free.
Come and celebrate the talents of your local community by watching live music and dancing all afternoon. South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue are coming along with a fire engine and doing chip-pan fire demonstrations. Yorkshire Ambulance Service and Tom Thorpe Martial Arts among others will be taking part in demonstrations of their work. Take part in an archery lesson or support a team in the 5-a-side football competition! Dare you view a tarantula or snake in the nature safari? We have a beer tent run by the Imperial Brewery from Mexborough, a funfair and food and drink stalls.
Townfield Gala is a non-profit event, all proceeds go to Doncaster & Bassetlaw Kidney Association.
With lots of activities to do and watch, stalls and information stands to look at, why not bring along your family and enjoy this superb afternoon of family fun!
