Small intimate and friendly with a good sound and a good view from where ever you are in the room. Top tip is, bring a van to sleep in and enjoy the pub.

Great Venue, Maybe More Dance Room, Food Tasty, Slightly Higher level of Pricing, Friendly Staff, We enjoyed Event But Overpriced For Just 2 People Entertaining & Organiser's Tried Their Best To Make Event A Successful St Patrick's Night, Would have expected Full Band For Price Not One Musician &Caller For Dance Sequences But We Managed To Have Fun Well Done To Charming Couple Entertaining As Host's ☺👍👏

Due to severe weather conditions we could not go stargazing. We had paid for ticket insurance. However, upon making a claim for a refund, and after sending all the documentation Skiddle asked for, we have not even had a response, let alone a refund. Would I consider booking with Skiddle again? Not a chance !

We had a brilliant time so much fun! I have recommended this to so many people!

Only complaint was that we didn't realise the bus ticket included entry as it was cheaper than the entry ticket? so paid twice! Probably should have explained it better.

But it didn't matter we had a great time!!

We had a great NYE because we spent it with friends in a fab location. However the bar service was appalling. The staff were all very nice and friendly but there was no leadership or organisation resulting in long waits at the bar while staff flapped around. The breakfast wasn't much better. The sausages were very nice but the beans were cond and the bacon only slightly warm. I could have played frisbee with the black pudding. My coffee didn't arrive until after I had finished my breakfast even though it was ordered at the same time and I reminded them of this when they brought my food. So Yes we had a good time but it was despite, rather than because of the service at Tan Hill Inn

Not a 4x4 off roading day .. it was an hour and fifteen minutes of driving on a road with a few pot holes .. the event was unorganised and full of confusion and stress from the tan hill staff .. purchasing the tickets through skiddle was easy and would use skiddle again for possible future events

Such great fun! Lots of singing, dancing, swaying and, of course, drinking - just as well there was a bus home!
Fabulously friendly atmosphere too. Would definitely go again!
