This was advertised as a concert. We stayed an hour and left without receiving our food.....still waiting for the refund. I think this event should have been pitched at young families as those who stayed longer than us did seem to be enjoying themselves. The entertainment was awful.... but it’s all for charity.

Food was not up to a good standard and was not appealing, the bar did not have a lot of options and was very difficult to reach , the event would of been better if you could of took your own food and alcohol and charge more money for the tickets .

In uncertain times this option to get out and see live music works really well . drive in get your space allocated pop your own chairs out and away to go .beer is not overpriced at all and the social distance rules work well . one way bar one person in the toilets at a time and well marshalled. well done to aycliffe radio for getting it right

Was an absolute joke kids jumping around on car boots music was rubbish the security had a right job telling them to get off cars but they took no notice ....

All way well until the last hour when the DJ played more trance type music and we were all ready to dance in the dark and sing our heads off! Couldn't really do that till the last 2 tracks and by that time the cold had set in. Also you could handle people leaving a bit better - the marshall came around and told us that we had to be out by 10 and was quite rude to us hurrying us along to pack up our stuff and get out. You might want to finish the event a little earlier if this is the case and not advertise the ending as 10pm. Put a big damper on the night that not even the actual rain managed to do. Will probably think twice about attending in future for this reason. Also the threat of being thrown out if we brought our own food, this was not stated on the add for this event, just not to bring your own alcohol - we hapoened to have 3 vegans in our party and no vegan options were provided! FYI everyone had their own food and drinks in their car and nothing was said.
