It was a little small and busy for the amount of people that were there and the skate boots weren’t of a great quality and weren’t very comfortable. A little costly for half an hour. Not enough play equipment for children given the amount of children that were skating

Waste of money, very small surface to skate on which would have been manageable if it was proper ice surface or better quality fake. I had friends travel miles to join us and was embarrassed with what I had invited them to.

It was painful to wear the skates. You could not glide and I was told a 14 year is not a child.

Hi guys,
We booked for the ice skating for 10am on saturday morning. We only managed 15mins of our session, it was raining and the ice wasnt very glidable due to water on it (not that i wanted to go flying or fall) but me and my children found it hard to "skate" on.... the benches were all soaked which we had to sit on to change footwear....i noticed the guys had blue roll but it didn't really dry it! We ended up sitting in our own carrier bags....They also wasn't any lockers for our footwear or belongings while we used the rink...the ice skating boots were all kept in metal cages under a gazebo, but they were absolutely soaked inside too. I know the weather cannot be helped! But I feel that there should of been other gazebos or tents put up to offer dryer areas.

Couldn’t skate at all ground was hard and the skates couldn’t move on it better for young kids tho

It was a tiny rink with plastic ice. The inside of the ice skates were wet and kept coming undone. Nowhere to leave shoes in a dry place out of the rain. The music was far too loud to be enjoyable. Could hardly hear each other talk. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

Ice rink way too small specially for price, I didn’t even even go on it, more for little ones, would have been better a lot bigger over the marketplace.

Very expensive for a small square footage of rink. Kids enjoyed but very disappointing for adults trying to get into the Christmas spirit.

The plastic tiles do not represent ice. For the price paid i was extremely disappointed and would definitely not recommend. Skating skills cannot be used on plastic, only ice!
