Worst event I’ve been to. No info about drinks before and can see why - extortion. Took an hour to get served, staff were rude, no heat in the tent, no show from Fred. Will not be going again and looking for a refund on the tickets. Please advise how I start this process.

We had to queue for 30mins to get a drinks which wasn’t even a whole cup for £6.50 we didn’t even stay an hour total waste of money and would like our money back thanks

I think it was great but it would have to be much cheaper entry for me to go again next year. I appreciate that Scott Mills was there and the band were great but for the amount of people that came the entry doesn't need to be that dear. I would only come if it was £12 or less entry fee, similar price to beer fest.

I bought tickets for my partners birthday. He took his brother along both really enjoyed it my partner in particular as he said the comedians shared his particular sense of humour

Terrible service at bar, expensive, rude staff , lack of food choices..... the list can go on. Most certainly won’t be going back next year! Other similar events in Chelmsford have been far better organised and set up.

OMG I’m in the wrong business. Organisers must have made a fortune! £70 for 2 bottles of Prosecco? It’s not Champagne you know! Couldn’t taste the Gin in anything “Gin” based. And to think there were admission costs as well....£17/£22 a ticket. A complete con. Organisers should be arrested for theft!

Overall it was a fantastic night, great music esp the Scott mills dj set. Drinks & food were excellent but too expensive and could have done with at least one other choice of food, saying that we are from both stalls and we're excellent. Friendly staff toilets way better than usual

I was very disappointed I thought the ticket price was a lot considering it was just for entry not even a glass of prosecco on arrival. The Italian street good was disappointing just a choice of pizza or burger (not very Italian) the bar prices were extortionate and the queue time to get a drink unreasonable it took 45 minutes to get served. All in all a very disappointing day

A really fun night with Scott Mills On the decks which was a real high point!! Great music and a fab atmosphere. The drinks were quite pricey considering we had paid £16 to get in, but it was worth it to see Scott Mills!!

Didn’t get to go as due to ticket wording I bought afternoon ticket instead of evening, my friends all went in the evening. I emailed and called but didn’t recieve a response in time .
But my friends said overpriced drinks and tooo long queues , not enough staff

In all honesty we left after an hour or twio. In that time as only two food vans we queued around 20-30 minutes for that. Tried to wash it down with a gin or prosecco as in the festivals name, but gave up trying to get served after a further half hour. So trotted to a local pub. So all in all not a great experience. If you attempt again possibly more food stalls and staff. Also Italian Street food - burger and pizza! Think the Italians may have something to say....

Bit smaller than expected. Toilet facilities were good, not quite the Italian street food idea I expected. Drinks were quite small for price however the sun was out, the music had every one in a good move so still a winner
