Took too long to get served at the bar
Venue ran out of gin glasses by 3pm so was given flimsy cheap plastic b**kers
Not enough choice for food only pizza or burgers and pizzas were expensive and not cooked

We booked a VIP table which I have to admit was expensive for what you got. But the evening was very well organised with a great atmosphere created by a predominantly all female crowd (not a bad thing). Drinks were expensive for the size that were supplied and the food the choice was poor. Good choice of Gin and Prosecco but they ran out of one of only 2 beers by 7pm....All in all a fun night out

No litter no mess very tidy clean outdoor event toilets clean and no ques I had a brilliant time very smoothly run!

Great event but it took too long to get served at the bar. I suggest that you have a separate prosecco bottle bar as this would speed service up.

I feel ripped off! went for the evening session. Ended up queuing got nearly an hour to get a drink, rude and unhelpful bar staff! Massively over priced drinks! Italian street food, there was only a burger van and pizza van??? Not as advertised! Not happy! Waste of an evening and Waste of money!

Such a shame to be writing this but I was really looking forward to this event. However, waiting for 35 minutes to be served a drink and then being told that the one you want is no longer available just ruined the event for me. How can you run out of gin at a gin festival?! Music was very good but we ended up leaving early as it was impossible to get to the bar. Won't be going again.

Over priced and understaffed. Queued for 45 minutes to get a drink. The 'Italian Street food' was actually a pizza van and a burger van.
The atmosphere was like attending a huge hen do in a tent. It was buzzy but nothing you couldn't get at any good bar in town without having to pay £20 for the privilege of being there.
Scott Mills could have been any school disco DJ with the music he played - Girls Aloud and One Direction??? The Swing Band was the only thing that saved the evening from being a total disaster.
Not at all what I expected and I would not recommend it.

1 hour to get served at the bar on arrival. Ran out of cups. Staff looking up how to make each drink (gin and tonic?) Good once we got going but they should have let us stay on the evening as we spent so long queuing. Scott Mills was great.

Horrendous queues to buy a drink waiting 30min to get served
Bottle of Prosecco £36-00 crazy price
Inadequate seating in the marquee had to stand or sit outside in the smoking area and we do not smoke
By 9pm they had run out of Prosecco at the crazy price they were charging
Never again

Ques were ridiculous to get drinks, took 50 minutes to get served, the poor staff looked stressed, there really weren’t enough of them! Prices were overpriced. The best bit was Scott Mills DJ set & once he finished we left, very disappointed & won’t be in a hurry to do it again.
