The venue itself wasn’t too bad, but the service could definitely be looked at. The wait to be served was ridiculous, and didn’t find the selection of gin to be that great if I’m honest. Being charged a deposit for an ice bucket and cheap plastic flutes is a bit of an insult considering the cost of the entrance- handling fee and booking fee???

The music was good, and the atmosphere was good, but this event could have been so much better with more bar staff/more bars.

We had a great time! Staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tables outside in the sunshine staff were happy to bring us a table from inside out with no trouble at all.

There were not enough staff, it took me 45 mins to get my first drink. The staff were friendly when I finally got served but should have doubled it really. The bar set up was poor so staff continuously had to walkabout looking for drinks. Also having to pay for plastic glasses?! Really??

The organisation of this event was shambolic, i queued 40 minutes for a drink and this was because there was one tiny place where the drinks were made - there needed to be many more “gin stations” or the drinks needed to be pre prepared. The cost of the ticket was not justified in that all that was included for 20 pound was a seat in a park and the selection of food was pretty terrible. The description did not match up with the actual event at all. I went to gin and prosecco festival and could hardly get a drink. Not impressed at all and I won’t be returning we made the best of it but it was not great by any stretch.

Queues too long at the bar expensive for what was there and the ''Italian Street Food' was not- just pizza and burger!
Felt the drinks were over prized and the fact cost nearly£20 to get in just not worth it!

Had a great night but the drink prices were so extortionate we didn’t bother. £6.50 for half a cup of g&t was ridiculous. Would have liked a choice of other mixers apart from fevertree tonic

The drink buying experience was very poor. Four deep at the bar . A queuing system was needed. Boards on display with drinks available and prices would have given people the opportunity to select what they’d like whilst they were waiting. That way less I time wasted questioning the bar person. There didn’t appear to be sufficient space to prepare drinks and there was no mention of the cost/depositfor certain glasses, buckets or ice bags until you went to pay. That seems a bit underhand. Why not just be transparent about this. Card payment transactions were down to one man with a phone and a card reading device. Again another activity that means longer time at the bar and then longer time for people queuing. Go to summer soulstice in north London next year and observe their bar and queuing system it’s very efficient. I waited nearly 30 minutes to buy a drink. yesterday You must agree that’s not an enjoyable experience. I’m sure with some tweaking the event could be very successful

Awful evening. Left after 40 mins. Not what was advertised. Extremely rude bar staff. Ridiculously priced drinks in a small plastic cup. Italian street food was an over priced pizza. Selling bottles of prosecco for £35 when you can purchase them yourself for £11.
£15 to sit in a gazebo. Truly awful night, will never go again or recommend to others. Complete rip off!!!!

Great afternoon just a shame that the gin and prosseco where so highly priced. Was really not necessary. Most people used the c**ktail bar in VW van which was much better value. Next time organisers need to be less greedy.

There should have been heaters, more ladies toilets and drinks were far too pricey. Tables were also awkward at what was really s very large hen do? Where were the different gins and proseccos. A lot had run out. They all tasted the same and the pricing system was bizarre let along extortionate. Queues to the bar was also far too long.

Overall disappointing. We were expecting small boutique companies selling a variety of gins and pro secco but it was basically just 1 bar serving all the drinks. This meant the service was slow (up to a 45 minute wait) as inexperienced staff had to make c**ktails from scratch as well as serve the wine. We were lucky with the weather in the afternoon so we could sit outside but it meant the music was more of a background noise than getting everyone up and dancing. Good to have decent toilets but as they weren't monitored they got blocked and quickly ran out of paper. Only 2 food vendors which was disappointing. We were expecting more choice. I heard that the burgers were good but the pizzas were average and staff working were drunk and were not wearing gloves when handling food. £1 deposit for cheap plastic glasses that cracked easily was a bit of a joke even if it was done with good intentions

This event could be amazing with the following.
*more bar staff- employ extra staff just preparing drinks therefore staff serving at the front just need to deal with handing drinks over and taking money.
*more food- obviously I heard that one cancelled, but a variety of food would be better other than just burgers and pizzas.
More staff is required for those stalls aswell as I was queuing more than enjoying the actual event.
*prices- obviously prices are bumped up at these sort of events but make ticket prices £15 instead of £22 especially when considering all of the above.

Pros- good music with a casual atmosphere. Security staff were professional aswell.
