Review of The Smyths: Strangeways Here We Come 35 - Carlisle 2022
This is the 4th time we have seen The Smyths and they never disappoint. Their unique ability to capture the sound of The Smiths, but put their own twist on much loved classics, they are an exciting and very entertaining band. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Review of The Smyths: Strangeways Here We Come 35 - Carlisle 2022
The venue is superb, it’s intimate, the staff are very helpful and friendly, it also has a cloakroom which is essential on a cold December evening, The Smyths were excellent, they were as about as good as a tribute band could sound apart from being the real thing.

Review of The Smyths: Strangeways Here We Come 35 - Carlisle 2022
We are long-standing Smiths fans and have to say the Morrissey singer was poor - sounded nothing like Morrissey and did not adopt any of his mannerisms. It felt a bit like Smiths Karaoke to be honest. the musicians however were much better - just the vocalist that let them down. disappointing as we were really looking forward to it.

I thought it was weird that when asked to have photos with female fans the singers was very accommodating but when asked by male fan he refused ð¤·ââï¸
