Great night! The venue do need to make sure their disabled toilet facility is working and that there is an actual lock on the door. This is NOT the organisers fault at all! The noise levels were very loud, making it difficult for me to join in with the ice breakers. Apart from that, lovely to see people I’ve already met & meet new folk. Lovely night!

I met lots of wonderful people. The organisers are wonderful people working hard to make it feel like a safe place and helping first timers meet people.

it's probably just me and my own stuff but I just felt a little socially awkward and felt like I couldn't approach people who I anted to talk to/get to know. bUT it is a VERY fun night and many activities to enjoy.

New Love have created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone wanting to just get to know people in a less mainstream way. Fun activities and wonderful people. Can't say I noticed the music (maybe I was enjoying myself too much) but no complaints!

This was my second time here. I love the diversity and friendliness of the people who attend - the night feels safe and fun, and both times I've left with a smile on my face and a desire to spread the word. It's definitely a community I am enjoying feeling part of, so thank you for that.
I'd forgotten from the first time, though, that I find the acoustics challenging (I find it really loud when I come in; I have sensory issues), and also the drinks are really expensive (and they don't take cash, which I don't like).
The event is wonderful - and I wish it were hosted somewhere else. Thank you so so much for all the effort you put into it.

This was my first time at New Love and I had a whale of a time! Everyone was so friendly and approachable and I felt really comfortable and at ease. The games were really fun and a great way to bring peeps out of their shells, and I had some wonderful and hilarious chats I’ll probably always remember. The woman running it was so kind and often checked in on how you were doing, which made me feel really at home. Honestly can’t wait for the next New Love!

Normal fantastic body painting lady substituted for her 20 something daughter who kept phoning her friends telling them she was getting paid for having to do Nothing seemingly realising that her mother was busy throughout the evening body painting the guests herself.
