Review of New Love - Alternative Dating Night, November 10th
Lovely lovely people. Happy safe atmosphere - always feels like we are looking out for each other. There is a lot of kindness and the cuddle space is the most wonderful thing. I hate the venue's acoustics, though. They are the only non-inclusive thing about the night: the noise is genuinely painful for an autistic person.

Review of New Love - Alternative Dating Night, November 10th
Much better than pre Pandemic, loved the old venue but it couldn't accommodate the amount of people. This works really well.
Met some lovely people, had a nice time. Only downside was no music.

Review of New Love - Alternative Dating Night, November 10th
There are pro/cons to the event. Is it an event is its own right? Yes. Is it repeatable in that format, that's questionable. What was evident was a pleasant non-judgemental, open-minded evening with lots of liberated and interesting people. The ppl attending the event very much make it what it is . Activities were engaging and I think some ppl will find it helpful to know the activities run simultaneously, you are in a crowded room and there is no pressure to take part, but I would encourage you to given the high level of acceptance within the room and arguably lack of likewise opportunities in this way elsewhere. Can it be improved, yes definitely. That said, it stand up quite well as it is. The people running the event make it friendly are approachable and in many respects the rest is down to you, others and sometimes being in the right place at the right time.

Review of New Love, Alternative Dating Night - The Snuggle Sessions
A nice alternative to pubs or night clubs, where booze and softies (including tea and coffee) are equally an option.
Friendly atmosphere, no obligation to do anything you're not comfortable doing.
Was very crowded, a very full house, so I did struggle to hear everyone some of the time, though the crafting table was much easier for talking.
Met plenty of new faces, bumped into some old, and even some I'd never seen in years. A nice eclectic mix of people of ages and identities. Would seriously consider going again

I found it really overwhelming today, but people were friendly and welcoming. I am not sure I am the right type of person for this but you should definitely give it ago.
