Review of Brighton Tattoo Convention 2016

Loved the artists and some of the other things going on, extreme lack of food options in the building. It would have been really good to have food stalls and other music rather than just vintage cars - which only appeal to a certain percentage of the tattoo community, and extremely loud rockabilly over a bad PA. The bad music actually stopped me spending any time downstairs and I retreated to the Sky Bar, which was awesome but would have done with more atmosphere or entertainment.

Great day out, fantastic events and shopping. Artwork was incredible. Definitely returning next year.

Good venue regarding space/bars/toilets.
Just seemed not as busy as previous years and the layout could have been better.
I was getting work done and the artists had these tiny little areas to work in whilst in a massive hall! Didn't make sense.
The thing that it lacked was a variety of food.. I know it's a tattoo convention and I'm not here to eat but when I'm getting alot of work done it would be nice to have something I fancy.
Easy enough space to have a small food market selling a range of stuff (just an idea)

Needs some entertainment in the bars. Lots of people sitting around waiting for tattoos with three songs on loop. Tattoos totally overpriced. Most expensive convention I've ever been to.

Had a great day however there were barely any food stands so most people including us had to go out and find somewhere to eat. A little annoying to have to break the day up.

It was amazing! I'm definitely going next year, it was kind of sad I didn't get to talk to Hannah Sakes but she was doing a really cool tattoo on a man. All the stalls were amazing and I can't wait for next year

Had a brill time , the atmosphere was very good every one was singing and dancing . One thing was that when the singing started the beer started to flow ( right over the heads of crowd) you had to smile as it was all done to the music and you knew once it had be thrown they had no more to putin my hair . Good night all round would go again.
