What a great day felt like I had gone back in time. Atmosphere was perfect wasn't to busy for us on the Sunday as is heard on Saturday there were to many people. At little overpriced food drinks etc but I quess that's to be expected at most events have to say the Indian fish and chips were amazing and my son loved the chicken kebab stand. Actors and all staff done their jobs perfectly. All in all a great day if I had to criticise would be the prices bro g a bit high and the venue was very cold which made us leave earlier than we wanted to as I had children and my elderly father with me but would I return yes definately we all enjoyed it very much

Extremely badly run event. Over sold and under promised. Queue for bar 2 hours plus, fair ground was one ride, certainly nit £150 actors. Although everyone was in character because it was so over sold and resource not in place atmosphere was just one of annoyance. Can understand why there was 3 monkeys dancing in a boxing ring for 30 min absolutely nothing to do with Peaky Blinders, I think they must have came free with the rave warehouse where the event was moved to. Well and truly ripped off.

I purchased 4 adult tickets and 2 children aged under 8 we were extremely dissapointed as the event advertised an authentic funfair which only consisted of a Ferris wheel. We paid over £20.00 for each child ticket and feel the advertisement was misleading as there was nothing else for the children to do. This was not a children’s event. The entertainment and atmosphere were good for the adults with most visitors getting involved with the theme. The actors and actresses made it authentic and were really helpful and the brass band were excellent. We would certainly return but not with the children.

poor set up every one made an effort to dress the part but one and a half hours to que to get a drink just puts it all in a sham. INSTEAD OF ENJOYING THE VENUE THERE WERE JUST ROWS OF PEOPLE QUEING UP for drinks and I don't call a fair a big wheel and a test your strength a fair was a shame

Great day with lots of laughs
Food excellent
Drinks on the expensive side especially as non branded spirits !!
A programme should’ve been provided to get even more from the day
But overall thoroughly enjoyed it

Took my family, parents, brother and his family - including 3 children ages 10-8. 'Victorian Fairground' was an overstatement - there was just a Ferris wheel! Disappointed that kids couldn't go in the Garrison - although understand why but it perhaps shouldn't have been marketed as a 'family event'. Loved dressing up and feeling you were back in the era of the Peaky Blinders - actors, actresses, musicians and magicians all brilliant. We left at 5 as it was just starting to turn from 'family friendly' ...... having heard about the queues on the saturday we were very grateful to have chosen the sunday. We made the most and if and had a great afternoon.

I enjoyed the event and the atmosphere but as I do not drink alcohol it would have been good if there were a couple of coffee and cake places. My friend suggested that it would be an idea to have a few large screens around showing Peaky Blinders, no sound just to look at. Also the queues to get food and drink were horrendous

Actors amazing !! But not 100 as stated?
Only negative was would like to hear old music the whole time , not modern at times. More stalls selling merchandise? Where was the c**ktail bar ??

Very good atmosphere, but a bit too expensive for the tickets and food. The fact that people made the effort to dress up, made it very atmospheric and exiting. Enjoyed it very much. Would have been much better if one of the actors off peaky blinders were there eg Cilian Murphy!!!!!

Very disappointed with the event. We arrived just after midday but no live music took place for several hours after which time we left to go and find the Rainbow pub which was supposed to be authentically renovated to how it was in the days of Peaky Blinders. The pub was boarded up and empty with no sign of life or renovations
Vintage fair ground rides consisted of one big wheel and there were no amusements. The Victorian inspired Street food was what you might find at any other festival. There was a very limited number of side stalls and nothing to do with Victoriana.
All in all a very disappointing event and not worth the money.

Tickets far too expensive for what we got.
The staged boxing was poor, there were a number of Health and Safety issues including very dangerous ramps, the ladies toilets were a disgrace. One toilet didn’t even have a door.
We were promised a Victorian fair which was just an old Ferris wheel squeezed in a corner. The food was not 1920s good and very expensive.
I didn’t see the tarot card reader, there were no live talks either.
The only 2 plus’ were the magician and the band. The solo singer had a lovely voice but she was singing modern songs.
Could have been amazing but left after an hour as it was very poorly organised.
