Brand new to England's closely fought festival circuit comes Middlehaven Festival, taking place at the height of summer, and showcasing a mixture of some of the hottest emerging talents alongside more established pop icons.

Heading up the inaugural Middlehaven installment will be BRIT award nominees The Feeling, who will be wielding their celebrated arsenal of soft rock, power pop and chart topping monsters at Teeside's freshest event.

Having shot to prominence back in 2005 with the ubiquitous hit 'Fill My Little World', the London based quintet have continued to cause a fuss in the UK pop scene, with three huge albums already under their belts as well as plenty more in the pipeline.

They will be joined by 18 year old Chloe Howl, whose February appearance in Radio One's Live Lounge helped further highlight her as a burgeoning talent destined for mega stardom. Check out last year's 'Rumour' (above) to understand the hype.

Another highlight comes in the shape of Scottish synth pop specialists Prides (above), who have been making colossal waves in their homeland for some time now. Their knack for creating roaring, catchy melodies encased in eighties inspired production is something that never fails to do damage on the big stage.

Also watch out for hip hop supergroup Big Beat Bronson, acoustic indie folkers The Lake Poets, and grime wunderkind Isaiah Dreads as well as a slew of others. Read the line up so far, here.
