The Bank Holiday gets well underway on The Solent when the High Tide ship captained by ALiVE Recordings sets sail for a unique party of its kind on Sunday 24th August.
The voyage marks 6 years of Alive Recordings, and to mark the occasion they've invited along deep house maestros Dusky, who will play a marathon 3 hour set, giving them the capacity to spin some in demand crowd favourites like Nobody Else (below) through to an eclectic mix of tracks from their album on Will Saul's imprint Aus and their own new venture 17 Steps.
It wouldn't be an ALiVE party without an appearance from its label boss Tom Budden. The hometown favourite's in your face brand of tech house has landed him high profile appearances alongside the likes of James Zabiela. Budden went on to remix his track 'Blame' (below) and also possesses a back catalogue of productions that make ALiVE the high profile imprint it is today.
Taking on proceedings below them on the second deck is Jose Bond, another fine purveyor of tech house who's music has took him alongside the infamous Hot Natured gang, backed up by MJ Kenna to make up the aptly named Waved Crew. Grab your tickets here.
