Now entering its eighth year, the globally applauded Drum & Bass awards return to continue to fan the flames of the genre, helping reward and recognise its most innovative and forward thinking protagonists.

Having received support from the likes of TV music channels like MTV, Flava and AKA as well as broadcasted on Radio One and 1Xtra, its fairly conservative to say that the Drum & Bass Awards are something of a big deal. With no other drum n bass event nearing the same calibre, it is and remains an essential occasion for any true supporter of the genre.

Taking place at The Institute in Birmingham on Saturday 1st of March, the awards ceremony will reveal the results of 2014's closely fought voting campaign (voting is now closed sadly). Also lined up for the night will be appearances from the likes of Andy C, Friction, Calyx & Teebee, Hazard, Hype, Load Star, Mampi Swift and Drumsound & Bassline Smith.

Hosted by DJ SS, MC IC3 and MC FATS, this year's Drum n Bass Awards will return once again, to make a significant difference to the Drum & Bass scene. For d n b heads, this is unmissable.
