It was a reasonably good night but thought the drinks were over priced and not much choice on the beers. The waiting staff for food seemed a little unsure of what tables they were supposed to be taking the food to and as a result were taking the orders back and forth to the kitchen then going to look for the correct table. I found the actual show itself became a little bit boring at times as it seemed to be a bit repetitive, same performers throughout the night. It wasn't a bad night but expected a little more.

Review of BOOM BOTTOMLESS R&B BRUNCH
I don't think the event is worth the price. Music and staff were solid but the brunch itself wasn't. Somehow my friend and I were the only ones not served food until he called a staff member over to help us. I wasn't expecting to only eat chips due to no vegetarian/vegan substitute to the chicken wings either. I ended up feeling underwhelmed by it all.

Fair few number of tethung problems so may get better.
Were pretty much first into seating area and told where to sit. Which turned out to be at side if stage so could only see part of the acts and therefore missed out. So don't go in 1st.
Service at bar took forever. 3 rounds took us 90 minutes.
Wifi didn't work so ordering food which is ONLY done by an app meant I had to leave the building. Then the menu was limited. Leaflet had items not available on app. Specifically no vegetarian options
Sound quality was poor.
Don't be near the fire act as you get covered in fuel which ruined my jeans. If placed where we were you won't get a choice to avoid it. If in doubt about this look at the wall behind stage, it was coveted in the stuff.
On a positive we enjoyed the acts though the ringmaster may have done more kid shows than adults.
Obviously this is our point of view and some things will be sorted out. However paying to be part of the grand opening found ourselves disappointed and a bit ripped off

I was so disappointed- There was an incredibly rude member of staff which I was discriminated against! Honestly there is too much to write it all down! The only good part of the evening was the crazier golf which was very enjoyable.

BOOM more like Doom!
Disaster and amateur. No WiFi, no c**ktails, no food, sound horrific . Should not be charging for this

The evening was on the whole really good however there were some teething problems . You order food from your table to your table but there is no signal for phones and they are reluctant to give out the wifi password. They advertised c**ktails but weren’t doing them and there needs to be a better system for organising games for those that have booked and those that juts rock up. None of this is a complaint we still had a really good time and I am sure that these issues will disappear soon and this will be a brilliant place to go

The greatest show....more like the s**ttest show....absolutely terrible something youl find at butlins....bartenders didn't know how to make drinks and was very rude.
We had to order food over the app but everyone had to go outside to order food which was terrible service.

You need to sort out the WiFi, it says there is guest WiFi which you need as there is very little signal inside. This meant you couldn't use the app. Also, I never understand why on an opening night you wouldn't have more bar staff on and more people lin the reception area to talk people through what was going on and advising on what to do. It's fab bar with so much potential.
