Review of Lowkey (LIVE) Sept 17
I went with my 16 year old son; I'm 52, and the crowd was generally late teens - late 20 s, but I felt comfortable and loved it. I'm so impressed with the values of these artists; the music isn't really my thing but it's winning me over due to the performances and crowd engagement, and technical ability - the speed of rapping is amazing .
Live this new venue; staff including security really friendly. Bar range limited but that's understandable as their not open often enough to warrant on tap range. Getting so close to the act and audience getting up on stage was excellent.
Great addition to music scene in southampton.

Review of The Hot 8 Brass Band - On the Spot Tour
A brilliant night of music, Hot 8 were brilliant and i would travel a long way to see them again. The venue, my god it was hot , walking barefoot for a mile over flaming coals in the sahara desert would of been cooler. The Social - a few a/c units would of been in order

Review of The Hot 8 Brass Band - On the Spot Tour
My daughter and I had an amazing time last night enjoying the music of The Hot 8 Brass Band as they played at The Loft in Southampton. Their energy was phenomenal and the whole set had the audience dancing and singing - wonderful rapport with the audience. They are certainly worthy ambassadors for the great city of New Orleans. The two supporting bands The Black Cat Boppers and Tuba Libres were excellent too. The place was rocking! We will definitely be back.

Review of Dj Format and Abdominal - Still Hungry Tour - Southampton
Amazing night of hip hop been waiting for ages to see these two live it didn't disappoint the support was great and the main event was superb Abdominal and Format put on a class show of rap and dj skills that left everyone wanting more..... Outstanding

Review of Chali 2na (Jurassic 5 & Krafty Kuts Tour - Plus Featurecast
Great music, bit of a rough venue though... Smashed mirrors in ladies loo's, unclean toilets etc. Charlie 2na was great on the mike , loved dancing but felt aggressive energy rather than happy hip hop folk!

Review of The Mouse Outfit (LIVE Winter Tour)
The sound technician, quite frankly, was awful. It was clear that they weren't engaging with the band and there were persisting technical issues that ruined the sound quality.
Never before have I left a gig early before, however this time I had to.
Venue was enjoyable if not a bit underfilled (maybe too large for the act)
