Windsor was well set up. Good choice of food and drink. Good access to stage. Good line up of acts. VIP area well set up. Loos we’re ok but some out of order. Parking was free. Great to take folding chairs in. Skiddle didn’t provide practical info, I bought tickets from Skiddle but got parking and what to take, how to queue etc from Eventbrite website!!

The. Reason for the low review is due to a total rip off buying VIP tickets. No view due to a grey plastic fence around section, toilets were filthy, queued 1 hour for a drink and no seat available! Spent the whole evening in the normal section which had a great atmosphere. RIP was fraud a total waste of money!

Toilets in VIP area - DISGUSTING. How can you run out of the basics like toilet paper and water to wash your hands ????????????????????

I paid the extra for a vip ticket , to find out you couldn't see the stage from there due to the metal fencing , so it was awful and i feel you need to refund the extra money paid for the tickets as you didn't keep to what u sold, i will be taking this further with the rest of the unhappy ripped off customers and just to add what happened to the real thing ???

Overall a good evening. I think they put the acts on too soon as we hear them singing whilst still queuing up to get in. We missed two acts and The Real Thing didn’t show up as they were billed on the flyer.
Nobody made announcement about it either. ??

The VIP section was a complete rip off! We arrived before start of the show but all the seats had already gone, tickets sold as seated garden area, we had to stand all night!
Even those lucky enough to get a seat had no view of the stage and had to stand on tables, due to a large metal fence around area! Surely VIP area should have best view of acts?
We left the area and spent the night in the normal part .
The VIP toilets ,no soap or toilet roll before 7pm! I asked some guys in hi vis jackets if they could get some more for the toilets and they said they couldn’t .
No hand Sanitizer anywhere either .
Couldn’t buy wine in the vip area .
Very disappointed for £50 each. Nothing VIP about it.
Next time will not pay the extra for VIP.
Couldn’t find out how to make an official complaint either .

Brilliant after the pandemic. It would be nice though if you had the choice of your own picnic and food rather than a captive market type food.
Great time had though.
Cant wait to go again.

Had a great time at Soutasia in Windsor. The atmosphere was fantastic and all the acts/performances were brilliant. If I had to pick something to improve it would be more efficient marshalling when exiting the event as it was "everyone for themselves" and it was a bit chaotic. There were marshalls there but it was a little disorganised and cars were driving wherever they wanted, causing frustration between drivers.

Soultasia?! Nothing VIP about it, paid over £100 for garden vip tickets, could not see over the ugly grey barriers when standing, so we stayed in the main field so could have paid between £22 - £26 per ticket. Particularly awful for the older adults sitting not being able to see the stage and unable to make it to the standing field . The c**ktails were £10 for mainly juice and tonic, huge plastic glasses none of us could taste the alcohol. Queued for ages. No hand sanitisers anywhere. The stage field was not level so people were falling and being helped up. I have requested A refund of the difference ie for a standard ticket as the product sold was not the product described. But not heard back so will try again and go to the ombudsman if I don’t hear back and we’ll do external reviews.. There were a lot of unhappy punters complaining to each other in the inaccurately name vip field. Suffice to say I won’t be going to concerts with this company again nor in the Shires it’s put me off, wasn’t worth the trip out of the city to my old stomping ground. Putting Loose ends on near the beginning on a Friday after work was a bad call too. Respect to the performers they bought us so much joy in our youth we didn’t mind singing when they ran out of puff, bless. Nice atmosphere in the crowd. Nice security. Come on Soultasia please refund to a standard ticket, it’s a fair request.

The VIP ticket was an absolute con the metal.fencing erected actually obscured the stage. The angle was awful, the lack of seats within the VIP. The bars were limited and ended up having to go out to the general area. Very disappointing! The best acts were the tributes to Whitney Houston and Luther Vandross!
