I attended this brunch with 3 of my friends and we had a good time, the waiter staff were lovely and very attentive however I need to point out a few things:

Upon arrival our booking was not on the list so we had to wait outside whilst they sorted this out.

On the ticket the event states it is from 6pm - 11pm, we were asked to leave at 10:15pm an upon reviewing this with management he said the staff wanted to go home (we had just brought a round of drinks in which were not cheap!) and to take it up with Skiddle where we brought the tickets from.

There was a set menu for the brunch however our group only received a fraction of what was on offer. We never received the sliders, pizza or garlic ciabatta bread with cheese so we had paid for a service we did not receive.

The Manager (bald guy) is extremely rude and obnoxious you would think for a venue which is only open a few days a week management would have some respect for paying customers instead of making sly remarks especially as they have been closed for most of last year. I would highly recommend for this staff member to attend a basic customer service course.

Based on the above, I will not be recommending this to any family or friends or be returning to O Windsor.

Fantastic event, great music, such a shame we were unable to dance due to restrictions, but will just have to book again when we able to do so !!

The brunch wasnt explained to us , we were seated too far away from DJ booth, not all the food Made it down to us we sat there with no drinks most of the time we were soft drinks too which should have been an easy shout then when drinks finally arrive we're told to pay. bit of a joke. 38quid for a rice ball a slice of pizza and some bread not cool. the manager saw the problem and avoided all eye contact with us. I'm not happy but I enjoyed cartiers set then left by 3pm was starving!
