Review of FamFest In Association With Back2Bounce & JamFest
Great family event, good music, enough food stalls and the bar was very quick service. I felt my 7 year old son was also safe at the venue. great day and evening x

Review of Hooton Lodge Halloween Spooktacular
We enjoyed the evening, however the prices for the rides were extortionate after paying in to the event. There wasn’t much of a Halloween atmosphere inside the event . The music & fireworks were the best thing about the it but the fireworks were rather late considering it was a family event. My children were freezing cold & very tired by the time the fireworks came on & a lot of people had already left as they were fed up of waiting. If it goes ahead next year we would come back but I’d like to see a few changes in regards to the aforementioned.

Review of Hooton Lodge Halloween Spooktacular
Far too expensive for what it was!! very disappointed with how small the venue was and what it had to offer. The performers were on far too late to say it was a family event for children.
The ‘lady Ga Ga’ tribute didn’t start until 8pm, the same time as the fireworks, so we couldn’t enjoy one or the other it was all crammed into the last hour.. we were looking forward to the MJ tribute but again it was on far too late so we left before he came on stage!
For the price of the ticket we expected some of the rides to be free, or tokens given but no.
The entrance to that park was chaotic as the traffic could not flow, the road was too narrow only allowing cars to come into the park whilst cars leaving the park had to be at a stand still. There was only that one road allowing traffic in and out, it’s was madness!
All in all we were very disappointed which was such as shame as we were really looking forward to this event.
We will not be recommending to anyone and our family will not be returning.

Review of Hooton Lodge Halloween Spooktacular
Absolute let down!
Promoted as best Halloween event around and was easily the worst one I've ever been to.
Paid entry fee for no reason whatsoever as we walked into a fair and a poor fair at that. So the £25 family ticket got us nothing whatsoever. Rides were ridiculously overpriced considering we'd paid to get in! Wasn't much in the way of "halloween" stuff. Half the area was in pitch black for the full time my family stayed we arrived about half 4 ish and left before 7 due to the expense and the fact that fireworks weren't due to start until much later which is madness considering it's supposed to be a family event and majority of people had young children!
The stuff that was supposed to happen as advertised either didn't because of the constant issues with lighting or generators or whatever else they said was going wrong or was that poorly managed that nobody knew where to go and what time for what thing. Kids all dressed up waiting for fancy dress competitions and meet and greet princesses and nowhere to be seen in the time we were there and it wasn't a very big area! Nobody around to ask. Very poorly managed and organised.
Getting in and out of the event was madness and unsafe. Parking Marshalls waving frantically at us to move forward when we were sat in a queue of traffic with nowhere to go. Very unsafe and quite obviously novice blokes trying to move traffic.
All in all a horrendous "event" this was a fair. That had a feeble attempt from someone trying to make it something better. It didn't work I'd give it up as a bad job.
Would NOT recommend and certainly won't be attending again!

Think the prices charged to gain entry were a total rip off. I would have expected rides to be cheaper than £3 each as we paid £27 for a family ticket. Was just a fun fair. Generator kept breaking down so the tribute acts failed to come on before we left. Not what I expected at all
