The music and atmosphere was great. We really enjoyed the audience participation and had a good time.
However paying £15 admission and then being charged £30 for our first two drinks (including the plastic steins) which was the cheapest beer available was a sting in the tail. Also not having the opportunity to get our money back on those stein glasses as is normally the case in every other similar event we have attended was a bit of a rip off. The lack of toilets was also inadequate

The beers were far too expensive after paying a decent amount to have seated tickets I was surprised they weren't discounted. The drinks were served in flimsy plastic cups, and when I asked for a stein was told they were £5 each to keep. Fine, but when that came it too was plastic! What a rip off.
I went to an Oktoberfest in Bristol last weekend that had glass steins for all drinks, were priced at £9 per stein as the most expensive drink (£10 per stein was the cheapest drink at yours). And that event also involved a lot more actual German culture. An oompa that played for more than 5mins, a few authentic group games to play, and another band that came on later and played more modern but still German themed music.
Your event in preston just turned into essentially a regular trashy night out in preston.
I was wholeheartedly disappointed

Extortionate prices !!! £100 for 1 bottle of Jaegermeister that would have normally cost £20 at the shops... and £10 for 1 x 2pint of lager.. the toilets were also disgusting and that was at the beginning of the night. But the atmosphere and music was brilliant ... fantastic night..
