Beer and Bluegrass is now in its fourth successful year and attracting top quality Bluegrass, Americana and Roots acts from across the world. Our closing night ‘Jams’ feature many of these artistes joining together on stage, singing and playing ‘Bluegrass Style’ around a single microphone to close each evening. The results are breath-taking and totally unique, adding a very special atmosphere to the Festival.
The Festival is set in the secluded grounds of Victoria School with the main stage set within a natural amphitheatre, surrounded by woodland and with the stunning ‘Claremont’ a Victorian convent in the foreground.
We have the very best of Real Ales and Ciders from top craft brewers with excellent quality home cooked food available
