Wasn't as good as last year. No live music as promised. There was no atmosphere what so ever. The biking venue is good but we live in Rossendale so use the trails all the time! Information be fore the event was also poor.

Enjoyed the event and great weather helped. Facilities a bit far from camping but not a major issue. More trade stands and demos would be welcome with guided rides on both days, possibly a night ride too.

pizzas superb, beer great and whiskey a nice touch. Hot showers 😊 too. would have been good for the trade stands to have stayed longer as we did not get chance to have a good look around after riding and watching the footie.

Great little bike festival, camping, facilities and numbers just right to be chilled but still really enjoyable. Everyone being nice to each other, great vibe as all there for the biking, the nice weather and a few beers!

Review of Northern Grip 2018
Great friendly event, lots of riding routes, good food and drink which was not too expensive. Camping was a bit spa**e, showers long way from camp site and needed portaloos at camping area, otherwise great event, will go next year.

Review of Northern Grip 2018
Toilets and showers were couple of 100 metres away from camping. Cycling routes were not marked when out on them and written direction cards were awful. If you live local, give it a go, but we drove from Devon with beg expectations and left very disappointed.
