Review of Julian Cope
Is this a joke? - Julian Cope cancelled ill... but there was no notification or email from Skiddle before hand. Nor has there been to date... except this review request. This is really poor - given somebody travelled from Norway for the gig and another couple from Chesterfield who had booked into a hotel.
A major own goal, asking for a review of a cancelled gig and this request for a review - but no notification of cancellation.?
Hope Julian Cope recovers soon and look forward to seeing him on return but Skiddle/mrj do not look too clever this morning.
amazing comedy, venue mess up
First of all, it was an absolutely fantastic night. Hilarious gig with excellent supporting act:D however... I bought tickets for my boyfriend's 18th (a week after the event) and since it was advertised on the GLEE CLUB WEBSITE, and several other websites that it was a 16+ event they tried to id us and turn us away at the door! When faced with the screen shot off their own website saying it was 16+ they had to admit to their own ****-up and let us in. Kinda killed the atmosphere with their false advertising.
